- Cannot mark plants as watered separately

- Cannot customize watering schedule

- No journaling system to track when plants were last watered

The app won’t load when creating an account. I have tried to create my account many times but it just continues to load and then never does anything. Same thing happens when I try to create an account online as well instead of using the app

How to fix Florish app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Florish app on iPhone
Update Florish app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Florish iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Florish on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Florish network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Florish Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Florish not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Florish App
1. On android, goto Settings » Florish » click [Force Stop]

Update Florish to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Florish App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Florish » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Florish.

Fix Florish unable to contact server/ Florish internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Florish » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Florish » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Florish
