I used to be able to touch the earthquake dots and it would give me all the data. Now it does nothing. The same is true for all the dots. They no longer tell you anything.

Update KY3 Weather app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KY3 Weather iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KY3 Weather on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KY3 Weather network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix KY3 Weather not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KY3 Weather App
1. On android, goto Settings » KY3 Weather » click [Force Stop]

Update KY3 Weather to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KY3 Weather App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KY3 Weather » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KY3 Weather.

Fix KY3 Weather unable to contact server/ KY3 Weather internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KY3 Weather » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KY3 Weather » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KY3 Weather
