App can never log in

This app is terrible. Every time I try to log in it says unable to reach authentication server try again soon. When I try so submit feedback it says an error occurred submitting feedback. They say the app has your cards and allows you to track expenditures. Not if you can’t log in
APP CAN NOT CONNECT TO AUTHENTICATION SERVER

Each time I try to login the above mentioned title is what shows up. I have not been able to log in for over four weeks. Tried calling the number listed on the app and it’s not going through. Can you please fix whatever the problem is? There’s no way to reCh the company and it’s very annoying.

I have had nothing but problems with My Create and its inefficient app. Each time I call with issues, I’m advised not to even use the app and to try looking at it on a computer. I really wish the local would use a different service because I have been dissatisfied with every single aspect of MyCreate.
