MyCreateHealth is terrible. Every time I try to log in it says unable to reach authentication server try again soon. When I try so submit feedback it says an error occurred submitting feedback. They say MyCreateHealth has your cards and allows you to track expenditures. Not if you can’t log in

I have been trying to get on this all day!! And it isn’t working! And I am unable to send them a message! When is it going to be fixed? I need 5o find a doctor

Useless app - login and nothing happens just two buttons that do nothing. No app support just goes to website.

Will not let me even register-comes up with message no members to register

I’ve been trying for 40 minutes to pull up my ID card. Keeps buffering and says please wait.

I registered and now when you login it won’t let me continue. When I hit save preferences, it logs me out. Horrible app!

MyCreateHealth is a complete joke. Enter your I’d to register and it comes up with family members no longer on the plan, but not me, the policyholder?
And there is no way to enter my name manually. Completely useless.

Error message came up on the bottom saying they are sorry and the engineers are working on it. Hopefully they resolve it soon.

I am locked out and unable to get support! This is the second time this has happened.

Takes a long time to open and times out before it opens. Frustrating!

App is so incredibly slow it’s unusable. It has zero optimization and is like stepping backward in time. Tried to submit this feedback in MyCreateHealth and guess what…feedback couldn’t be submitted either

You app works periodically, crashes more then works. Customer support is a joke. You call the number, put in the info. And the phone hangs up. It is horrible that I can’t track my clams because of substandard work.

MyCreateHealth is weird. First it said I didn’t know my password. I did a password reset and it told me that the answer to my question was wrong and then it locked me out after trying several times. I’m pretty sure I know the first school that I attended.

Downloaded MyCreateHealth , saved my communication preferences and that’s it. Doesn’t go any further. I click on save acknowledgments and nothing happens. I click continue later and it signs me out. Clicked on provide feedback and THAT doesn’t even work. 🤬

MyCreateHealth generally speaking has my information in it, but is such a pain to log in to and access. It is so slow, and aggravating. I HATE any time I have to use it. Now it’s made me set up a two step sing in process, making it even WORSE!

App requested for me to change password as current password was to expire. In doing that, MyCreateHealth locked me out and I called app support. It asks for specific information to verify. After inserting said information, it just keeps hanging up on me 😡. Needless to say, I am not happy!

I have had nothing but problems with My Create and its inefficient app. Each time I call with issues, I’m advised not to even use MyCreateHealth and to try looking at it on a computer. I really wish the local would use a different service because I have been dissatisfied with every single aspect of MyCreate.

Each time I try to login the above mentioned title is what shows up. I have not been able to log in for over four weeks. Tried calling the number listed on MyCreateHealth and it’s not going through. Can you please fix whatever the problem is? There’s no way to reCh the company and it’s very annoying.

App is working well for me and gives the option to email or download insurance card. This feature is nice for those looking to carry less plastic
