How to fix DIGIPASS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DIGIPASS app on iPhone
Update DIGIPASS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DIGIPASS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DIGIPASS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DIGIPASS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix DIGIPASS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DIGIPASS app issues:

Force Stop the DIGIPASS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DIGIPASS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DIGIPASS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DIGIPASS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DIGIPASS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DIGIPASS.

Fix DIGIPASS unable to contact server/ DIGIPASS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DIGIPASS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DIGIPASS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DIGIPASS on android.

DIGIPASS has been developed by Vasco on behalf of Fiserv. After activating the application, you will be able to conduct safe money transfer and safe login to your online application (DIGIPASS must be activated by scanning a CRONTO image on online application).
