I have tried to get into these auctions for many years. I have looked at the pieces that are auctioned with very low grades and they pay thousands of dollars. What nonsense the people who buy in this place are. I have presented coins and medals with high grades but since everything is manipulated by themselves to fill their pockets, how ridiculous. They should visit the best place for auctions where they do not discriminate against you, eBay. What I am writing is pure reality, a large organization of thieves. Look, they auction a piece with a grade of MS67 and I send them a piece with a grade of MS69 and they do not want it. Look at it and tell me after many years who will buy from you what you pay today. If somewhere else there are pieces with a higher grade, you will have to sell cheap or give it away. What nonsense, it is time for someone to say enough is enough. All these companies like Hibid, Heritage Auction, and Strack Bowers are organizations that fill their pockets with your clumsiness. I hope this helps them and they say enough is enough!!!

They take 7-14 days to ship by their own admission, but I read much longer for many. They do not tell you that though until after you win an auction. If you contact them it says it can take two weeks to even get a reply. I wonder if this operation is really just a couple guys working out of a garage. This is way too slow. I complained about it and was told if I send them $30 more, I can get it sent out quicker. That felt like extortion. I won’t buy from them again. I hope I get my item someday…

Improvement over the “website as app” effort years ago, but not quite useful as a stand alone. Searching by narrowing to a specific denomination and other characteristics doesn’t work well at all (kicks you back to all coin listings).
At best, likely works well if you do all your homework first on your computer, then go to your account on the app. I would have preferred the app be useful by itself. Currently, it is not. I’ll delete it soon and maybe try again if I hear about improved search/sort functions.
