5 months agoHad $100 credit to use. It wouldnt let me use it. Had to just pay for what i bid on. Emailed 3 times and called on this. Now credit is expired. Still cant get any reply to me.

1 year agoPristine auction offered me. 2nd chance on and items without telling me that if won another of the same item- thus making me pay for 2 of the same. They didn’t respond for a week when I asked to cancel one, then- after I’d paid for both- cancelled one without telling me and refunded me $50 less than I paid. This is a total scam company.

1 year agoI put a price of 500 dollars on an item and it some how registered as 500,000 and now i can not get a hold of anyone before this auction ends. I have sent 3 emails and no response.

1 year agoTrying to find out if the Kobe Bryant card that I was bidding on was autographed or not and nobody will answer me or get back with me please let me know I don't want the card if it's not a real autograph

Be careful what you bid for. Apparently once you put a bid, you cannot retract. After multiple attempts to cancel my bid as well as cancel the won auction, they charged me the price (which includes a % fee as well as a huge shipping fee) don’t be fooled and be ready to pay. I’m not gonna say this app is terrible, because I like the jerseys they auction but just be careful!

Great app, minor issues that are quickly fixed. I think the UI could be a little bit better, but overall it’s incredibly easy to use. Shipping is fast and easy. Incredibly reliable company!

I love this app! I have been with Pristine for a little over a year now and even got to help with the beta (app). Pristine is my #1 autograph memorabilia site. They always carry great products, even mystery boxes where you can score great autographed items for a fraction of the price. They have many auctions to choose from, including but not limited to weekly, sport card, elite, full size helmets, and daily. Some with no reserve! They have a great following and are very honest and trustworthy. If you're looking for a great sports memorabilia app then look no further. You found one :).
