I have two separate orders from two separate auction houses still out after a month with the default recommended shipping company by Drouot. “The Packengers” has not even picked up my item from the auction house that I bought in November. Still waiting for an update. They keep giving a pickup date and the date comes and goes. This is the 5 date maybe? My other order is not moving as well from a different auction house. I had problems with them years ago and I ended up canceling the order and hiring another shipper. I gave them another a chance this time because of Drouot but nothing has changed. I might have to dispute all charges with my credit card company. Shipping and auction houses. Drouot should know better and recommend credible companies for their shipping arangements.
