I bought a 2013 BMW650 I the seller was not cooperative as for as responding to my calls emails texts. I did speak to him asked questions about the car he lied about everything I asked or avoided the question . When the driver picked the car up he called me and told me I would not like the car . The seller did disclose some details but not honestly . The tires have flat spots from sitting the dash board is a wreck the front spoiler is destroyed among several other things which I can document. I spoke to Sam when the driver arrived told him I did not want the car. please refund my money he refused .The car is embarrassing to be sold by BAT , Super Cars is hurting your name. I spoke to Sam today as I expected after several attempts. He claims he disclosed everything but no true. I asked if we could work this out his answer was no. Originally if I could drive the car home and he assured me yes Sadly the car is not road worthy. I do have all the proof to document my problems. The man is a crook and should not be on BAT. Suddenly have every post "held for review" and they do not get reviewed and posted in a timely manner, some never get posted! no information on why, or if something is offensive in the posts, I have never had a post flagged, or any information on why this is suddenly happening. I have asked, with the @bat feature and never received an answer, they keep holding every comment, it seems punitive, and is very unprofessional. would like clarification if something in my posts is violating some rules, or BAT just did not like it...

Won auction fri 9/26 1973 Karmann Ghia coupe. Chassis 1432722167, Lot #211960 Seller MARSTROM. Buyer dbrcarrharness. (aka Dennis Carr). I went thru the id verification , apparently stuck at payment process, requested delivery by service thru BaT. Apparently stuck here . I saw that initial down payment, billing fees charged to bank info listed on my BaT account. I'm wondering why remaining $ balance doesn't get billed thru the same, or advise is there something else to do? Please advise asap. Also, I would like the Seller to use the car cover included in the sale, to use and secure the cover prior to transport. Can that be communicated by BaT or contact info for me to request this.
