Nice App, Money driven, Payment issues

Have been a customer since December 2019. Paid almost $200 so far and when I requested Vocal lessons the human interaction got real! Don’t get me wrong the instructor was great. Their team consist of 1 person to deal with. It was difficult to communicate at times. Their payment methods have constant issues. They receive payments and claim they can’t see it. I send screen shots and bank statements only to be told it wasn’t enough proof! They make you pay by the month and if you cancel for any reason either it’s their fault or not, they will keep the remainder and cancel classes per the contract. Poor communication and understanding. If your looking for a recording to repeat things than get the app. If your looking to build a true foundation with a company that cares.... this is not the company. They couldn’t even tell me the proper salutation to show out of respect. They just ignore you and pretend like you didn’t say anything. Very Rude! Anyway..... know who your supporting and spending your hard earned money on. Nice app, Bad customer service
Good instructors, easy to follow but very pricey

Agree with most reviews. Buying a course would've been better option. Asking to keep paying for course even for practice purposes probably is way too money driven. I'm learning at slower pace and that's what I expect from an app. As a result I will end up paying way more than I can afford. $20 recurring monthly for a module is too much. I suggest changes to the pricing model if you want to attract more users.

I generally don’t prefer to give a negative rating but this app is awful! The app always crashes and if we pause it, it reloads from the beginning and sometimes the audio is mute n sometimes the video doesn’t appear. So to listen to one session we need to spend 3times of the sessions time closing n opening n reloading etc.,
