Terrible experience
Worst ever. Tried to create account in app and it crashed, locking me out bec it didn’t save all my input. Confirmation email had blank userid so impossible to reset as locked out. Now locked out up to 48 hours just before leaving on trip. Worst customer service, after 20 mins said they couldn’t help and created a mysterious “offline escalation” then hung up on me. I called back, got same agent, gave info again and no recourse but to wait 24-48 hours and the mystery escalation with no ticket number.

Worst app ever
I’ve had this app on my phone for a long time now and it used to work just fine maybe about a year ago. I’m really not sure when it stopped but it’s been a long time. I have just kept the app on my phone in hopes that it will work one day but it’s been such a long time now that I don’t think they are even trying at this point. It doesn’t work just plain and simple. It does nothing.... just shows me a white screen.

I have been trying for the past hour to reload my card by check through the app everytime it says connecting right after the whole app shuts down and I have to keep signing back in what a nightmare they need to take the time to fix this mess so it does work
