I live in the Netherlands. Now I want to go to Germany for Holidays, but the Maingau charging pass app does not register my Mastercard, nor my VISA credit card. Is there something wrong with the app?
I have since April 24, 2022 tried to be able to log in to the Maingau app. I have also tried to change my password, but in vain. The message was first: "unfortunately could not be updated with new pass due to server error code 500". I tried again on May 19, 2022 and without success, but now with "error code 403". I tried again today June 08, 2022 and got "error code 403" again. My customer number is 71532.
