Attention ppl! I booked a Ryanair flight from london to berlin on Ctrip and then attempted to apply a schengen visa. The staff told me they don't accept Ctrip itinerary for applying a schengen visa. I asked the staff of Ctrip to give me the original itinerary that Ryanair gave them, they just refused and didn't helping me at all. I booked again from Eurowings and finally got my visa. I swear I'm not going to use Ctrip again even when I go back to China. Don't book flight on Ctrip if you don't feel like boiling your trip. Go to the original app or website of the airlines. I give a one-star comment just because I can't give a zero.

Excellent app. Shows cheapest options available and always great customer service. Super easy to use and book journeys  ‍​    

I booked my flight on C-trip early in March but my flight was cancelled by the airline company. C-trip refused to return my fund whereas people I know who booked the same flight from different platforms got their refund back. I have been waiting for more than 180 days for my refund but never received any actual help from customer service.

They always add on extra charge when you check out and the price is always higher than what they first show you. Once you paid and notice the price different, they refuse to refund.

This is a scam app, go use some other app such as 飛豬, 去哪兒 or booking, anything you use is better than this scam service.

I have been using Ctrip for more than 10 years. Ctrip has never stopped improving its services. So is its APP. It’s my best travel companion!!!

The iPad version simply scales up fonts and images without taking advantage of the extra screen size. And there is no landscape mode. I would rather to use the website instead of 携程旅行订酒店机票火车票 on my iPad Pro.

The experience has been good until the recent update. The recent update has created a new user interface in flight booking, changing my initial flight selection and resulting in a wrong booking. The company refused to compensate for the consequential rebooking fee.

Bought a connecting flight, but the two trips were not actually connected and the luggage cannot be forwarded to its final destination. That cost us extra time and money since we flight internationally. Customer service was not helpful at all.

It might look friendly at the very beginning since it invites you to register but when you try to create an account they need China cellphone number to confirm if you are the actual individual! How? I am still trying to figure out.

Easy to use, I got a great discount by travelling off peak , even it was over a extended weekend.

I cannot even book a hotel if I don’t open location services. Why would such a junk app want to see my location when I want to book a hotel?

What’s wrong with the customer service. My order was placed and got the confirmation, but the hotel shows no record

We 2 need to buy HSR in advance the experience was extremely good
1) advanced booking
2) no advanced payment, pay when we get tickets
3) bought 29 days ahead 4) got notification and deducted payments

Shows reservation fee instead of actual fees for your hotel room, and not even warn you, such a stupid app

Today I found out that Ctrip has day care center from the child abuse news.

There’s no option for font size. Poor legibility.

Trashy app, just thinking about making money.
