Never use this app

CFBPlayoff is full of flaws. I was told I would have access to my cfp tickets on Jan.1 . Did not happen by 5pm so I called. After being on hold for 1 1/2 hours a very nice person told me they would be upload by 5pm. They were running behind. Finally, around 10pm got my ticket section and row and tickets. Can’t sell them on stub hub because cfp won’t release the barcodes. My credit card was charged on Dec. 30 so those tickets are mine and I should be able to sell them anywhere I want. Am on hold again because somehow my tickets selling expired 40 minutes ago and the edit feature to put them back for sale is not working. I do not recall putting a deadline for the sale of the tickets.

Where are my tickets?

I’m guessing none of CFBPlayoff developers actually read these reviews since it appears that the issues I’m having existed at last year’s Natty. This is absurd! I purchased tickets through Clemson and downloaded CFBPlayoff and it says I haven’t purchased tickets yet. I’m not the only one having issues with this either - people can’t transfer tickets to others that they have sold them to. Emailing the tickets is a far better way than trying to mess with an awful app. They MUST fix this for the thousands of us that are having issues and needs to be done as soon as possible!!

Terrible app

Worst app ever. Why do you inconvenience attending fans by making it ridiculous to obtain tickets.
Took forever to download app and was never able to put in Apple wallet even though it said there was an update to correct that problem. Never worked for me. Had to take a screenshot and luckily that worked.
Phone was almost dead I had to stand in line so long, then had to pull phone out in pouring rain hoping the battery wouldn’t go dead and that screenshot worked.
Please have a print at home option next year.

Worst app ive ever used

How in the world does anyone think that this is a valuable tool. It’s complicated to transfer tickets. The worst part of any of this is that they have artificial set a minimum low ticket price when you are selling your tickets of $200 dollars. This shows you how in bed espn, the college football playoff’s and ticket master are. If I could rank this with a negative 5 stars I would. Also the servers which basically have a maximum number of people who would be using CFBPlayoff can’t handle the service at all.

You should appreciate this

This is college football’s 150th season and probably one of the best cfp yet so realize how awesome it is to have this great sport not being mean and getting a rize out of people so watch the games and Go Tigers and the ones who are All In

Did not think it was possible...

...to create an app this bad. I spent 4 hours dealing with this just to send a few tickets to our group. It crashes, has a TON of bugs, is being updated constantly in the background. Oh, it is not a native app, it’s a web app that is interfacing with their main servers, just wait for this to go down on game day. UGA Athletic officials should be strung out for putting the fan base through this.

I would give zero stars.

May not have thought this out very well...

This thing seems riddled with bugs and it makes it very difficult to find your tickets. Hopefully, there will be another update over the weekend. At a minimum, pls make the save to Apple wallet button work. I can imagine it taking FOREVER to get in with how difficult CFBPlayoff is to navigate and with CFBPlayoff downloading that barcode real time instead of caching it.

Hate this app!

Ridiculous that it’s the only way to get tickets I’ve paid $$$$ for...not intuitive, tickets took forever to be available for me to sell. (That may be Ticketmaster’s fault behind CFBPlayoff .) App says it has live chat but only got canned replies not related to my questions. Phone wait incredibly long. When I put tix up for sale it doesn’t show, and errors out repeatedly. Very. Frustrating.

Terrible app. Worst possible way to handle tickets!!!

Lots of problems. On hold for hours trying to get support. I paid way too much for tickets to be forced to go though such a terrible experience. I will never buy tickets again that require an app be installed on my phone. I would rather not go events than put up with this.

Bad customer experience

It is ridiculous that we can’t print the tickets. What about the older folks that do not have the technology or knowledge to do this confounded mess. I have the capability to use CFBPlayoff but if my Aunt where going to game she would never make it with this stupid mess.

College Football Championship Game

Poorly conceived. When purchasing tickets thought I was dealing with the University. CFBPlayoff was more than confusing. I couldn’t get access to tickets in time to sell them. Responsibility for dealing with tickets and customers should have remained “closer to home.”

Not a Good User Experience

No information available on Fan Central schedule and lineup of activities with locations and times. Difficult to navigate and just a lot of static information.

Worst Idea in football history

Can't do anything with tickets. Can't save anywhere. Barcode is pulled off of server every time you pull up. Not sure what people will do when mobile internet service doesn't work at stadium. Bill Hancock should be fired!

App is terrible

If I could give it negative stars I would.
Last year I missed half of the game because of CFBPlayoff.
I have been on hold an hour today trying to get help and the internet help desk is a joke
This will be my last Natty because of CFBPlayoff

Crashed for the National Championship Game

Very unorganized, and hard to find tickets. To add to it, it wouldn’t load to pull out tickets up for the National Championship game in Atlanta. Finally able to add it to Apple wallet which was the better option. Apparently their server couldn’t connect. Piece of crap.

By

Awful app

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. It is very user unfriendly and the ticketing option was worse than awful. Made getting the tickets very tedious to figure out. It has made going to the National Championship game so far a very unpleasant experience.

By

GARBAGE

You pay for the tickets, but they are not really yours. I paid $550 per ticket, and CFBPlayoff says that I can’t sell them for less than that. Tickets in my section are going for $480 on Stub hub, but I can’t take the tickets out. GARBAGE

By

Why

Setting up an account was nearly impossible to figure out. It’s almost as if receiving a physical ticket is better or something but maybe I’m just an old fashioned college student. Don’t ever do this again, thanks.

Love it!

CFBPlayoff is awesome, and the mobile ticketing process is super easy now!

Absolute crap!

This is the least user friendly app I have ever tried to use. Very inconvenient to navigate and, after two attempts to resale some tickets, app had failed to load the tickets for sale. Garbage!
