The concept seemed promising and I was willing to try it out for several months if not years before eventually buying a new car from Porsche. However, a clean driving record and meeting all their eligibility criteria as per T&Cs doesn’t seem enough.
I even reached out multiple times, and while the concierges were nice and quick to reply, I never got through the screening department. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting for their promised callback.
Sadly this great concept will never become a reality for me, I hope others have better luck.

Was excited to test Porsche out with a subscription service as I need a vehicle over the next 2 months. Was looking to buy a new car too. The website talks how great and easy the drive program is and I live within 10 miles of 2 participating Porsche dealerships.
So after downloading the app I find there is nothing available and I have no options. It’s like what is the point of all your marketing about Porsche Drive and communicating how great the service is but cannot deliver it.
This has left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth in regards to Porsche. I deleted the app and will just move onto something else.
Porsche you should be ashamed. I never would have a thought a brand like yours would market a product that you absolutely cannot deliver. The brand is tarnished in my view forever now.

First, the 911 is completely booked for weeks and weeks on out. But, of course, the app doesn’t tell you that…you have to pull date guesses simply out of thin air to see if there is any availability. And then you realize you're just wasting your time. What a poor design. How about a database that can actually tell me when there is availability? Oh yeah, and quit recommending other Porsche cars to me. I want to rent a 911, nothing else.
Also, the app just says “911.” How about telling me the precise model name so I know what I’m looking at? (S vs 4S, etc.).
