When you approach Porsche for either a vehicle purchase or lease, you expect the top quality service from the staff and infrastructure. The team that handles the Porsche Drive App is no different. Mary-Frances, Jed, and Chet were amazing throughout the entire process. They explained the steps, answered all of tm questions, and were PATIENT (something you will not encounter at other car brands). They were responsive to my emails and calls, and were prompt in requesting the needed address verification documents and approving them in a fairly timely manner. In particular, Chet was extremely helpful and takes ownership of his work!

Best of all, a big shout to to the fleet manager Cole Dawley, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process and that all my questions were answered. He even followed up with the rest of the team on the status of my application and made sure I had what I wanted. Great job all of you guys!!!

All in all, I would recommend the multi-vehicle subscription for anyone that is looking for exceptional service and amazing quality Porsches.

The concept seemed promising and I was willing to try it out for several months if not years before eventually buying a new car from Porsche. However, a clean driving record and meeting all their eligibility criteria as per T&Cs doesn’t seem enough.
I even reached out multiple times, and while the concierges were nice and quick to reply, I never got through the screening department. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting for their promised callback.
Sadly this great concept will never become a reality for me, I hope others have better luck.

Been a member of the Porsche Passport, now Porsche Drive multi-vehicle subscription for almost a year and I never want to go back to a lease or out right owning a vehicle. No need to worry about maintenance or insurance company’s up charging you every other month. One bundled fee with white glove service. With 24/7 concierges on call who truly care.

Was excited to test Porsche out with a subscription service as I need a vehicle over the next 2 months. Was looking to buy a new car too. The website talks how great and easy the drive program is and I live within 10 miles of 2 participating Porsche dealerships.

So after downloading PorscheDrive I find there is nothing available and I have no options. It’s like what is the point of all your marketing about Porsche Drive and communicating how great the service is but cannot deliver it.

This has left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth in regards to Porsche. I deleted PorscheDrive and will just move onto something else.

Porsche you should be ashamed. I never would have a thought a brand like yours would market a product that you absolutely cannot deliver. The brand is tarnished in my view forever now.

First, the 911 is completely booked for weeks and weeks on out. But, of course, PorscheDrive doesn’t tell you that…you have to pull date guesses simply out of thin air to see if there is any availability. And then you realize you're just wasting your time. What a poor design. How about a database that can actually tell me when there is availability? Oh yeah, and quit recommending other Porsche cars to me. I want to rent a 911, nothing else.

Also, PorscheDrive just says “911.” How about telling me the precise model name so I know what I’m looking at? (S vs 4S, etc.).

I was a member for a month and loved everything from the easy sign up process to the professionalism of the concierge team. Pricing was all inclusive and includes maintenance and insurance which was ideal for my busy lifestyle. Would absolutely join again in the future.

I booked my reservation 3 days ago and everything was perfect. However, the reservation just disappeared hours before the booking. Talked with the company and they told me they don’t have any reservation! Poor customer service, PorscheDrive database should be managed by a kid, and PorscheDrive doesn’t tell all the process (they don’t deliver the car to you as it says, you need to pick up).

Easy sign up process and professional service. A great way to access a premium vehicle for a short period of time. Highly recommend.

It’s home location is apparently not even recognized. I couldn’t get past the initial booking screen. Some better developers might help.

Maybe things will improve over time. But as of right now it is not a professional service.

I spoke to Courtney the manager and I told my application was approved then denied. She told me file a (complaint) with the DMV. She told me a manager name Jedd Meshew would call to clear up any miscommunication but he never called.

PorscheDrive is glitchy. It worked at first but now all options to rent a car are gone and PorscheDrive is useless.

I tried contacting support 2 times with no luck.

It’s a mystery why a successful company like Porsche can’t hire a good tech team to code a fully functioning app.

Emailed and called several times with no answer. This feels like a scam.
