Literally worse than useless

I've been using drivewyze for about a year with a major carrier. I go through my local weigh stations (same spot, both directions) 5-10 times a week. I have gotten a bypass twice when the scale is open, though I usually get a bypass when it's closed. It also can't tell when I'm driving to a customer on the access road.
Fake information

I am going to use the application but I do not like that you give me false information, it clearly says that I have 30 days to use the app but you collected the money immediately. I called apple support and they told me that you are the ones who have false information in the description of the app.

Iām doing the free trial. If the station is closed I get a bypass if open I have to go in. Why would I spend the money knowing it will be the same if I paid for it
