A horrible experience

Did not come on time, 4hrs delay. The drop off location kept changing and wasted another 3hrs. Offered reimbursement in cash, but gave their cheap coupons instead.
Hope you keep it in mind before taking their sad service
Also, the breaks in their car weren’t in the right condition. Have a safe ride :)
Fraudulent practices

These guys are cheats and will try to overcharge you in every way possible. We had booked a Duster for 8 hours couple of months back - it was unhygienic (full of cigarette butts) and the driver was drunk at the time of delivery. Then he didn't come to pick up on time and charged us for 4 hours extra despite no fault of ours. Pricing will seem good initially but they'll screw you every way in the final bill
