How to fix Boxx app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Boxx app on iPhone
Update Boxx app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Boxx iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Boxx on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Boxx network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Boxx Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Boxx not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Boxx App
1. On android, goto Settings » Boxx » click [Force Stop]

Update Boxx to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Boxx App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Boxx » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Boxx.

Fix Boxx unable to contact server/ Boxx internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Boxx » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Boxx » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Boxx
