Alarm going off every morning around 3am. When I go to disarm the bike with the app it asks for me to login, but when using the password it says no. I press the remind button and it say it sent an email but it doesn’t. In fact the app is poor in the fact you can put any text in the email reminder and it says the same thing.

Hi just recive a Bike Trax and installed by e-bikecenter in DK I am not sure they install it correct. Id 4710254037 was actived July 8 and app stilling searching for Bike. can I delete the app and try ones more or? Thanks in advance
