I almost wish I had never bought it. PowUnity did a great job of tracking when my bike was stolen. Unfortunately, the Police did not. The could almost care less. After I recovered the bike, the tracker worked well for a while. Following a phone system update, it stopped connecting. Until,... the recent release of the latest (2021 early) app version. It connected once. Now its back to old tricks. Tells me that I don't have an internet connection - I do - when after multiple tries, it connects it will not recognize the 10 digit ID. So, it is worthless. It worked well when I needed it. But was it work £199. No.
