Busses don’t come

2 days in a row multiple busses never showed up, even though Navi told me they were coming to my stop at a certain time.

Doesn’t show available bus routes at all

Instead of showing me basic bus routes such as how to get from downtown Ithaca to Cornell Navi only shows walking routes.

It just doesn’t work.

Navi must be written by kids in grade school. How about looking at printed schedules and applying the data to Navi . 60% of scheduled buses don’t show up. Embarrassing.

Works when it wants to

Navi works sometimes, but when it doesn’t, then you end up waiting for minutes on end in the cold for a bus that never shows up. There have been too many times where I use Navi to find out when the next bus leaves and the bus either does not show up, already left, or ends up being over 15 minutes late (idk if that’s a problem with TCAT or Navi ). I’m just gonna stick with google maps.

Not reliable

Navi often doesn’t give accurate times or routes.

Doesn’t seem to do anything

As far as I can tell, Navi is just a map. If you search for a destination, it’ll give transit directions similar to google maps, but google maps does that. I mostly know what bus route I want, but I don’t think this lets you search for a route. It doesn’t show any real-time bus locations, which is what I got it for.

Great app when it works and is accurate

Constantly crashes which makes it difficult to depend on for accurate departure and arrival info. When it works, Navi is extremely helpful. Though I continue to contemplate deleting Navi and use an alternative

Not working

Navi has been down for weeks and there is no update or anything that can be done to fix it. Every time I search for a bus there is an error message. I even uninstalled and redownloaded Navi . Please fix ASAP

Good App Idea but Terrible Execution

Great app overall when it works. Scheduled buses constantly disappear, making it difficult to catch a bus cause you dont know whether or not it is actually coming. Tracking is almost always broken... fix please

This App Doesn’t Work

Don’t even waste your time downloading this crap. It hasn’t worked once for me or my friend on her phone. Can’t figure out why it’s even available.

Where are the routes?

I use Navi multiple times every day but for the last couple days the routes I know are there don’t show up. When I search for buses that’ll be available around 8:10am from Stops on East Ave going down tower rd it just shows the walking time. I know there are rides from both statler and GSH. This is super frustrating and Navi is basically useless to me.

Pretty good

Good app, very helpful. But I think it would be more helpful and easier to use if the map did not automatically zoom back out to the entire rout every 15 seconds or so. I’ll be looking at a zoomed-in view to see where the right bus stop is, and it will zoom out for no reason, with no prompting from me. Also it does sometimes skip buses too early.

No one seems to be updating

Navi to keep it synchronized with the schedules as they changed a couple of months ago now...

bus full & late night

This is a very helpful app but there are times it lets me down....
Late nights- please add the late night/blue light bus schedule! It would be so helpful!

Bus full- there should be a way to tell if the bus is full so you aren’t waiting for a full bus

Excellent

Like Ride 14850 and Transit, but way better.

Useful real-time info

Navi really exceeds anything available from TCAT, and is more usable just in time to check if a bus will be departing soon near you to a specific destination like Cornell or the Commons (from a variety of stops). Thanks so much for making this available - it was sorely needed.

Great App

Looks like you guys fixed my main concern with Navi . 5 stars. Great job.

Navi could be a major improvement to the dumpster fire over at mystopmobile, and I appreciate what you guys are doing. Already Navi feels more fluid and is more aesthetically appealing. I love the feature which tells you if the bus is on time.

However, if you really want to make a good bus app you need to include an interactive map where you can “find your location” and see the bus stops closest to you on the map. This would make it so much easier to plan routes and quickly find bus stops even if you have no idea where you are. The map should also include visualizations of bus routes that you select.

If you make these changes Navi could be excellent.

Route 81

The current route is not updated near the townhouse community. Otherwise great app and I love it

Finally!

I was getting so tired of having to use 2+ apps just to figure out where I was going and to track the bus, but now I only need one! Thanks guys!

So glad it’s back!

I’m so happy Navi is supported again! The others offered in this area only give a slice of the info, but Navi has clear graphics, great options, and it convenient.
