My app used to work great on my iPad, I used the app often. Lately if I search a category, only one row of photo results show near top of screen and rest of screen is black. My searches used to fill the screen, now there is also a “filter” icon appearing on screen. If the app continues to do this I will no longer use it, the problem is annoying to say the least.

For the past several weeks Unsplash will crash as soon as I try to open it. I've had it successfully open and perform as it should maybe TWICE in over a month. I'm on the iOS version on an iPhone 13.

I have no subscription to Unsplash and do NOT want it. It suddenly appeared on my ipad and I can't get rid of it. I can't use Safari because it occupies the entire screen and removes the Safari search button. Help, please.

How to fix Unsplash app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Unsplash app on iPhone
Update Unsplash app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Unsplash iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Unsplash on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Unsplash network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Unsplash Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Unsplash not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Unsplash App
1. On android, goto Settings » Unsplash » click [Force Stop]

Update Unsplash to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Unsplash App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Unsplash » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Unsplash.

Fix Unsplash unable to contact server/ Unsplash internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Unsplash » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Unsplash » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
