Claims

I’m writing this because it seems that reviews have more weight than anything these days! I recently hadIncidental surgery that was unexpected and required several nights in the hospital prior to that I had a CT scan that revealed an issue. The one good thing that I must say is that my agent went above and beyond he gets five stars his name is Anthony he always takes care of me and I appreciate that however,The website needs work apparently two of my claims that were approved and as stated that it was paid is not true per my agent because I never received the money. These two claims were over an excess of $2000 that I was really relying on as you know when you’re sick and you’re out of work! However my AFLAC webpage says that they were paid then I go on the chat line to try and rectify the issue only to be told that one of my policies has lapsed but the wrong policy was what was given to me on the chat line. After that when I ask questions The person Kimberly I was chatting with ended the chat without helping me at all! I called the one 800 number and was told that I would have to wait in an excess of two hours to speak to someone this is absolutely unacceptable! I am a nurse and have worked through this Covid pandemic since it started and I would like to know if anybody would want to wait two hours or more when they couldn’t breathe or they needed help?? It’s unacceptable I pay AFLAC approximately 4K yr to take care of me when I’m in need what happened?

Cancer is stressful Aflac is Worse!

When you get that diagnosis of Cancer it’s a scary thing. First thought is what’s going to happen to my family. Second thought is how am I going to pay for this. In my case I’ve had the cancer policy so it was one less thing my family and I had to worry about. Well I was wrong. I’ve sent in the paperwork already three times the first said clearly I had cancer I waited weeks before I had to call and ask where was the payment. That’s when they told me they needed another type of paper work. So I submit it no response had to wait hours to speak to someone before they told me that I needed to submit another type of paperwork different from what was originally told to me. So now I’m on my third time a week has gone by no update. I’m going to have to wait for hours for their customer service rep who if my last experience was any indication will treat me horribly and give me no answers. I’ve got more treatments coming up and don’t know how I’m going to pay. The takeaway here folks is don’t get cancer and please don’t get AFlAC. Their advertising is pure lies they don’t care about you or your illness and they will make you jump through hoops so they can avoid paying out. The payments to them are taken out without fail but when it comes to you they won’t pay. I’m thinking of getting a lawyer. So to end this review CANCER is horrible but so is AFLAC. May the odds be in your favor! It’s the Hunger Games out here.

A good investment

After my job cancelled Aflac’s contract, I really wanted to keep my policy, so I had my account transferred my credit union. I have been with Aflac since 2005. I make sure I keep all of my doctors appointments, and Aflac never fails to pay me for my preventative care. Overall I have had good experiences with Aflac.
This last claim took me calling back and forth too many times to finally get the claim completed, after talking to 4 representatives, over a period of almost four weeks, and the last two representatives were the same person and she finally got it to the right claim rep to complete the process.
After having surgery and I could not drive to get things done everyday, each rep gave me different advice, but the last two calls to Ms. Lillian, who while I was on the phone searched for my faxed information, she was very skilled and knowledgeable of her job to put me on the right track. (Hint) when a customer calls to get a form, please just send them all the forms they will need to go through the whole process to complete the claim. This would have saved me a lot of traveling and paying to send faxes over and over again. Again I say overall I am still a fan of Aflac.

Aflac coverage

Normally I never write reviews or complain. However, in this case.... since I can’t get ahold of anybody to talk to I am just venting. I have the Aflac Hospital, Accidental, and Dental Plans!! The premiums are taken straight out of my paycheck. When I signed up for the accident plan I was told that once a year I get a one time 60 dollar payout” no questions asked” AND that the hospital plan would pay 25 dollars three times for any dr or dentist visit also “no questions asked”. I recently got sick and tested positive for covid. I went to the health Dept and took another test which came back positive and they gave me a letter to be off work for ten days. They supposedly paid me 25 dollars which I never saw for the hospital plan!!! When I tried to get the 60 for my accident plan.... I have been unable to file a claim “properly” using their smart claim plan. I contacted Aflac who gave me my reps number. He is no longer with the company. He gave me his boss’s number. I left a message and still haven’t gotten a response. Whether or not they pay me the 60 dollars will not make or break me. But then what have I been paying premiums for for 2 years?? Also hopefully you never need to talk to anybody about your plan bc you can’t get ahold of a person. After several attempts.... I am on a waiting list... supposedly they will call in three days!!! I look forward to talking to you Aflac. Thanks for nothing!!!!

Level of frustration is not worth it

Aflac should be so cut and dry. They literally tell you what each claim should pay according to your policy. But instead, they make you jump through hoops then still worm out of paying you the correct amount. My husband was hospitalized with a surgery for a tumor removal. I give Aflac the actual billing form directly from the hospital. I give them the operative notes and discharge paperwork. They still wouldn’t take it. I had to continue to argue with them that the hospitalization was over 23 hours even after giving proof. Finally they review the claim after a couple weeks of arguing. They deny the $1000 hospital stay clearly stated in my policy. The exact amount my Aflac rep told me we would get and paid a lesser amount of $300. I don’t even know what $300 was for. But since they paid that lesser amount for that day of service they get out of paying the $1000 for that day of service. The whole reason I bought that policy. My husband is still off work. The frustration you go through doing all the work for Aflac and the amount of money I pay every payday, just to have them not cover the things they say they will is completely NOT worth it. I am going to cancel my policies and place this review wherever i can to warn others. Shame on you Aflac for taking advantage of those who are sick and needed your help.

Cancer claim

Aflac is denying claims and ignores all the benefits I’m entitled to in my cancer policy. I’ve not been pain for my hospitalizations, my additional surgeries related to my treatment (initial biopsy, PICC line, Central line for emergency dialysis, PEG tube insertion, stomach perforation & removal of PEG), chemo and radiation treatments, ambulance service, consult at Moffitt Cancer Center including my second surgical consult there, etc. I’m submitting all the paperwork but it appears Aflac doesn’t actually go through the records to tally all of these things up. Instead denies &/or only gave partial payment (paid for initial diagnosis, biopsy surgery, and one anesthesia). I received 35 radiation treatments, 3 chemo injections (one inpatient at Advent Health and 2 more at Florida Cancer Specialist outpatient in addition to days of blood work and hydration infusions. I received 3 blood transfusions at Advent Health (1 inpatient, 2 outpatient). I call and have to wait hours to speak to anyone and they’re not helpful. I’m told to submit bills and when I submitted the bills from Baycare I’m emailed and told Aflac already paid. No, Aflac did not pay for my days of hospitalization at Baycare. I would like a claims specialist supervisor to call me ASAP. This is preposterous and robbery on Aflac’s end to take my money for this policy since 2001 and then do this to me. Shame on whoever has worked on my claims.

Claims

I have had the worse experience with this company. Constant request for paperwork, I give it to them then suddenly more paperwork is needed. This has been going on for month’s! I have similar policies with Colonial Life and have been paid months ago for the same claims. Apparently the reasoning is I haven’t had policies more than a year, but, I was informed by the insurance rep while sold me the policies, that I would be covered if I need it. I even explained to him I might have surgery in a couple of months and he told me there would be no problems accessing the services. I’ve been off work and depending on the different policies I have with this company and other’s, which include accident, disability and hospitalization policies. This has been the worse experience I’ve had. I think the insurance guy was good convincing me that I would be covered and taken care of...but at this point that’s was not a true statement. I feel I was given incorrect information and the money I’ve been spending monthly has been a waste and I could have done other things with it. I work for a company that allows different insurance companies to come in and offer to sell policies. I had one company that did state they paid quickly, but Aflac insurance guy convinced me Aflac was better, wow.

Not getting covered for all claims!

Despite the same type of injury in the same facility treated at the same clinic by the same medical staff some claims are paid while others are not.
Being in an environment that injuries occur on a regular basis and the need for aftercare not covered by standard insurance or holistic care that insurance won’t cover Aflac fills in the gap and that includes massage therapy that insurance does not understand the benefits to getting the individual out of pain and recovered. This is the reason I supplement ment my insurance with Aflac insurance but the issue arises when an individual is involved so many times that Aflac red flags and refuses to make good and pay the claim. Often a back and forth fight ensues with frustration as Aflac agent after agent assures you will get paid on your claim when you actually don’t. It’s a battle of determination and frustration in hopes you will get your claim satisfied. Sometimes yes and often no. When calling to cancel due to frustration more ensues as the process is daunting. Eventually a year passes and everything is reset and claims begin getting paid again and the process starts again.

Crappiest assistance ever

I have been trying for 3 days to cancel a policy!!! 3 days!!! Of course they don’t allow you to cancel on line!!! BUT, they also don’t answer phones, so no canceling that way! THEN I finally left my info to get a call back!! GUESS what?? When they called me back I was suppose to “press 1” in Oder to tell them that “I” was finally on the phone (ironic huh) OF COURSE the prompts didn’t work and no matter how many times I “pressed 1” or any other number for that matter, it said invalid and it “didn’t recognize “ my prompt, so it hung up on me!!! Then I went to chat…GUESS WHAT? Yep…they couldn’t help me either!!! I had to either call in or fax!!! Of course calling in was a 2 hour wait on hold or getting a call back that hung up on you!! AND of course every one has access to faxing right? So I called my bank to cancel auto payment. Of course they want to charge me to cancel! I have 2 policies with AFLAC. I was only going to cancel one, but going through this absolutely ridiculously absurd situation, I will now cancel both!!! If I can’t reach someone now, how will I reach someone when I really need to use the policy ! I would have rated ZERO stars but it required me to add at least 1.

New changes degraded what Aflac was

Aflac was the pinnacle of customer service always available easy to get a hold of people quick claims money returned into my account quickly. This last experience was dismal could not get a person was on hold for over an hour took two hours for somebody to call me back they didn’t have any information the websites are not intuitive they’re complicated the information on the websites are not clear whether the information has been received or they still need information I had just filled out a survey On Aflac the day before I needed to use them I wish I hadn’t. My agent is awesome and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t stay with Aflac I would go with some other agency that actually now has human beings to talk to you and you’re not put on hold and told that you were experiencing high call volume’s when that certainly is not the case Aflac you had it going on I know people are suffering during this time but that’s your job to help us through the suffering that to make it harder

Reviews

I normally would rate at 5stars. Earlier this years we were submitting claims for chemotherapy. They were approved timely and the money was in our bank usually within 2 days. This was a life saver as I was on disability and my husband is retired.
Now I am undergoing radiation. We have submitted claims just like before, but there seems to be a problem getting claims approved. We had one claim paid after 3 attempts. We submitted the second claim , but have received nothing but a message stating more info needed. I have made three calls (after being on hold for 2 hours)and after each I was told all was good. We still haven’t received a check. Last week we were finally able to talk to our agent, but she couldn’t get them on the phone either. My husband uploaded a new up to date claim today. I called and was put on a list for a call back. That was at approximately 2:30. It’s 5:30 now and haven’t heard anything. I’ll call tomorrow. Hopefully we can get this straightened out.

Short Term Disability Claims

Aflac Short Term Disability Claims is by far the most horrible experience I’ve had to deal for any company I’ve ever had issues with. As far as customer service and claim being processed they are not in a timely manner my claim has prolonged to over a month. Have been waiting 1 month and 4 days to be paid and claim is still not resolved.
I keep being told their missing documents that I had uploaded already so aside from waiting 3-5 days each time they ask for something that was already submitted it takes an additional 3-5 days to process once they see it in their system or I email documentation personally to CSR that I’m speaking on the phone with because they can’t find it. And wait time to talk to a CSR each time is over an hour. And half the time one CSR will say your missing one thing and another will say your missing something completely different. Making it difficult to know exactly what you need for claim to be processed. Would not recommend AFLAC to anyone judging from my personal experience!

Horrible customer service

I started my claim weeks ago, I’ve done what was asked and started it online. I submitted the paperwork requested a week ago and still nothing has been done. I’ve tried calling in twice and both times the wait time was an hour and a half so I opted for the call back .. the automated message says someone will call when it’s my turn and I won’t loose my place in line.. obviously people are skipping calls because both times I never received a call back.. now that I’m back at work I don’t have the free time to sit on a phone for an hour to two hours and I can’t reach anyone when I’m off work because the cal center is closed.. somewhere in another automated message it states y’all are available 24 hours I have yet to figure out where I’m able to reach someone 24 hours a day with you .. I understand times are busy but it doesn’t mean you get to slack off. The purpose of my insurance with your company is to supplement the lost pay but it’s been 3 weeks and I’m already back at work.. it defeats the purpose.

Great service, great app

My job offered me the opportunity to purchase Aflac and have my payments come right out of my paycheck in late January 2021. My coverage began on February 1st, and on February 8th I was in a minor car accident and had to go to the ER. I got a CT scan, a diagnosis, and I went home. I completed my Aflac forms, and they sent me money. I had a follow up appointment with my primary doctor a week later, I filled out the forms, and they sent me money. I have another follow up in two weeks, and I’m sure once I fill out the forms, they’ll send me money. If you have any sort of chronic illness or chronic problems, Aflac will probably pay for itself in the first month, and probably many times over. I’m fortunate to have traditional health insurance AND Aflac, because whatever my insurance doesn’t pay, Aflac helps cushion that financial blow.

Absolutely love Aflac !!!

I’m so glad I got Aflac ! I’m living proof it really helps as a year ago this April I suffered a heart attack and it payed !!! Granted you will have to do a little work getting them. Record’s on your incident but it’s very worth it ! As of January 1st 2021 I collapsed and since have been sidelined from work for 90 days and maybe permanent . My agents Alice McGuire and Andrea from Wausau Wisconsin are the best they have gone above and beyond in helping me with everything and I thank them and Aflac for everything as I was gonna drop Aflac at one time because I was like why am I throwing my money away on this and then I was talked out of it by Alice and I’m really glad now that I kept it !!! Thank you so much and to those of you thinking about it Trust me do it ! Hopefully nothing happens to you but if it does you’ll be happy you did it !!!!

Claim payments

If I had the option for 0 stars I would have gave just that ! They botched my claim from the beginning . I was approved on 26th of July got nothing called them they gave me a run around on if I even had the ACH set up and obviously I did because it appeared on their web site it was sent and they mailed one and by the way to a wrong address. I called back this Monday and the lady said that my payments were caught up in the system what does that even mean but would process it and that customer service from that branch would contact me the next day …. Guess what no contact from Aflac nor do I have my payments either. Well I’ve reached out to Platinum Supplemental Insurance and I’ve also reached to Family Heritage and will be meeting both this week !! I pay my premiums every 6 months and my wife has her own separate policy but I’m sure we will be canceling even tho my premiums are paid up in through December my policy on Aflac website says I’m terminated lol what a unprofessional mess !!!

Try getting the money!

Why did you take ONE DAY pay away for claim filing? Was this how you got people to enroll and then dropped it?
We file weekly claims and it seems like each week the claim pends longer and longer because they want different documents added to the claim! We send in what’s needed, now they took one day pay away and not sure if we have right information as claim status says “in review “ FOREVER!! If there is an issue with the claim you will not know until you make a phone call- wait on hold or receive a call back. Why should we do most of the work? Especially when it’s a Cancer Claim! These people have better stuff to worry about.
At least they made MyAflac better to use and it ACTUALLY works!!
Aflac is good for the policies and what you would get paid out, IF you can get paid without getting a headache!’

Susan

This is absolutely the most horrible, terrible, pitiful customer service website and system that I have ever tried to engage. AFLAC boasts repeatedly that they are always available 24/7. “We are here for you,” they say. That is total baloney because you can’t get thru to a human agent to save your soul!! The website itself is NOT user friendly. And the customer service number provided is totally automated and makes you make an appointment for a call back days away! And then when it does call you back it disconnects on you!!! Had no luck with the online chat system either. Same thing, it disconnected on me!! I am beyond frustrated with trying to file a simple claim. This whole situation will probably force me to take my business elsewhere!!! I am just days out of emergency surgery trying to file a disability claim and have done nothing but run my blood pressure up and waste many, many hours trying unsuccessfully to file a claim! 😡

Waste of money

We have paid into an emergent policy for our entire family of 5 for years now. Unfortunately, my husband was accidentally injured…that injury led to two separate surgeries in his eye to only regain distorted sight…just happy to have been able to keep the eyeball itself. My husband is a first responder and military veteran, he did not do well with being down for over a month, but then to have to worry about all the bills was another level of stress. I felt relief knowing we had this AFLAC policy to help us. The toys bill we received was over $30,000 and so far our portion is $10,000 Aflac paid $80 dollars for the dr post op visit and $700 for the surgeries. This was a complete waste, I probably paid almost that in the time I’ve held this policy! Do yourself a favor and just don’t with this company.

For the record…I have never left a bad review in my entire life. I’m not that person, this has been nothing but a disappointment.

A Convenient Blessing

My husband has been in the hospital in PCU for three weeks with sudden kidney failure. On the fourth day, I was so relieved to remember the Aflac payments being drafted each payday but really didn’t know what policies he had. I knew I couldn’t leave him for an hour long drive home to my computer and fax. Finding MyAflac allowed me to check what policies we had, gather necessary documentation, have the Drs sign forms and upload everything that needed to be submitted. When additional info was needed MyAflac / messages &/or customer service guided me and told me this is the fastest way to get documentation to Aflac’s claims department even before he is discharged. Best of all, I did it by his bedside, great peace of mind for us both knowing he will be in the hospital for many more days to come.

App isn’t helpful!

MyAflac is by FAR one of the worst that I have tried to use! Let me start by saying that I love Aflac. They have been extremely helpful to my family in a time of difficulty. Everything about our policies have been 100% as advertised, and our local rep is outstanding! HOWEVER, MyAflac is horrible. I cannot read messages that I get about our claims. It will receive notifications that we have a message, but it will not open those messages. It keep saying “Oops, something went wrong” and to please try again or refresh MyAflac . I have refreshed, deleted MyAflac and reloaded to my phone, everything that I know to do...with no luck. This has happen multiple times over the last three months. I always end up going to my computer to read the messages. Filing a claim from my phone is impossible, yet from my computer, it is simple. Aflac is a great supplemental insurance company, but MyAflac is bad. Maybe you’ll have better luck than I do with this one. Two stars only because of how helpful my agent is, and how quickly claims are paid (once you are able to file).

Individual coverage is a total scam !!!

Do not get individual coverage we paid for that insurance with Aflac for 7 years . My husband then HAD AN ACCIDENT off work on our property ( no worries right? We have Aflac) and required back surgery and time off work. Aflac kept trying to make it work related so workman’s comp would pay . It didn’t happen at work! I provided every single note from all doctors/ surgeon whom told Aflac it was an injury due to accident AT HOME . This company denied our coverage! We have spoken to 20 plus employees at my husband company who also have Aflac and out of those 20 .. 10 have filed claims and 10 have been denied!! Aflac is not on your side!! It IS NOT a safety net to give you peace of mind!! We paid in over $7500 over 7 years and they did NOT help us pay one bill , not one!! I feel terribly taken advantage of by Aflac. We trusted them .Had we put our $7500 aside in the bank instead of trusting this Aflac to be there .. we wouldn’t be on the verge of loosing our home/ land our utilities would be paid. THEY ARE NOT THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOUR HURT AND NEED THEM THE MOST !!

AFLAC is 5 star

We have had AFLAC sick and accident for many many years. It worked well with my family being involved in sports. In 2012 my husband called me at work and said the rep was in his office for yearly review and wanted me to come by. I was very busy at work and said no. He kept bugging me so I went down. The rep offered cancer coverage. Well, since NO ONE in my family had ever had cancer and I thought the premium was s little high, I said no. Well, she kept bugging me to join. So I said ok. Then, 11 months later who gets diagnosed with cancer? Me! That policy WAS THE BEST THING I EVER GAMBLED ON. It has allowed me to keep my home and retire to enjoy my life as it is. My cancer isn’t curable and AFLAC is there for me.

Great Company, Horrible App

I love Aflac as a company and would recommend them to anyone for supplemental insurance and life insurance. My agent is also top notch, she goes out of the way to help.

With that being said, in today’s technological age, you would think the company would be able to have an app that works without errors. I have had MyAflac downloaded for months. I attempted to use it not long after getting it, but it didn’t work. I tried again tonight, months later, thinking they must have fixed the problems. MyAflac itself says it was updated for bugs, etc. about 9 months ago. Apparently, the didn’t fix much. I got an error three times in a row tonight trying to use it. It kept saying it needed to reload and other errors.

Great company. Horrible application! That’s why it’s only getting three stars.

No such thing as next day claims anymore

When there’s a holiday and you’re attempting to get the next day claim it actually takes 4-5 days or more, They constantly asks for more and more documents to be submitted, Don’t take my money every month and then give me stress and try to find reasons to deny me when it’s time to file a claim. I don’t like the appt. because you have to constantly log in with your email and password. Not sure if they have a lot of issues/problems with people trying to file false claims and is being overly protective but please don’t treat all your customers like criminals. I’ll say this, Most of the times I do not have issues with filing a claim whenever I do but on those rare occasions when I do please try and make this process less stressful then it should be.

By

It’s about the app, not the policy

Many reviewers seem to be reviewing Aflac itself, but MyAflac . Perhaps that is why so many five stars have been given.

Aflac in and of itself is great but I take issue with MyAflac . It’s so slow. You might think this is my internet connection but I’ve tried three different connections as well as LTE and they all fare the same. Slow.

Uploading a JPEG is nearly impossible. It says “Processing” for so long that it eventually times out. If you want to upload a document, you’re best to scan it and upload it as a PDF.

Logging in also seems to be troublesome. The password box is difficult to use. Sometimes it won’t let you select it, other times it erases your password as soon as you enter it.

I wish there was an option to stay logged in. That would alleviate some of the password issues but also be a timesaver!

My number one complaint, as mentioned about, is that MyAflac is sooooo slow. My other apps function as they should, my phone is updated with the latest software and I have a newer version of the iPhone, which leads me to believe it’s MyAflac , not the user.

MyAflac would be awesome if these bugs were fixed! It’s quite user friendly- went it works.

Very Easy to File and Complete Policy Management at your Fingertips

I’ve had AFLAC a few different times in my adult life, but since downloading the AFLAC Ap a year ago, filing my claims and managing my policies has NEVER been easier!! I love that you can file your claim, take pictures to upload documents right from your phone setup 1 day direct deposit for payment... thus making it SUPER easy to file follow up visits AND it saves all your EOBs in one place making keeping up with documents for taxes a lifesaver!!! No more printing forms, completing and faxing or mailing and waiting weeks for a check! I HIGHLY recommend this Ap and AFLAC

More than satisfied

I have many policies with Aflac and my Aflac rep, Suzanne, is amazing and always willing to help me when filing a claim. I have the short term disability which I have used and was paid for 12 weeks of maternity leave. I have the Cancer plan (just in case) and I also have the hospital plan which I use whenever my kids or myself go to the doctor. I file a claim on MyAflac while I’m waiting to checkout and it’s direct deposited into my account the same day as long as it’s before 3pm. It takes less than 5 minutes to file the claim and I make $25 every time we go!

Blessing in disguise

On and off over the years especially, within the last year my daughter has been in and out of the hospital. She has had to have several surgeries one just two weeks ago. Aflac has been such a blessing financially. Because of all the missed time from work and the frequency of my daughters hospital visits and stays, I have been able to put my mind at ease knowing my bills are paid. It also helps with the hospital expenses that insurance doesn’t cover. So thank you Aflac for being such a blessing to me and my family!!!

Love this simple app & Aflac!

I have never had accidental insurance before but when they came around to my work, I thought why not?! So I’ve had it maybe a little over a month, and then this past weekend my son had an accident that required him to go to the ER! The claim part was so easy, walking you through all the steps, and paid that night at midnight after I submitted the claim! It will help cover the copay! SO thankful as we are already financially strapped as it is. Fast and easy with chatting to someone and answering questions!

Awful app for an awful company

After being sold a huge policy, which I purchased specifically due to my sons hearing loss, I’ve been declined payment on his CI’s. I was told there was NO pre-existing limitations on hospital stays but after paying my monthly premiums I’ve been denied a payout. When I asked my agent, who told me the above information, all she could ‘help’ me with was submitting an appeal. I’ve had very little correspondence from Aflac on this claim and when I do get something its because they need more Dr records. As my father always said “insurance is only as good as your agent”. As for MyAflac , it’s constantly freezing up and don’t even think about trying to load any of their messages! Why do they have to be in a downloadable format anyway!?! Take my advice and save your money!

Smart Claims

I love how easy Aflac makes it to file for the wellness benefits from your policies and I love my current Aflac representatives for making sure I knew that those benefits are available, I previously had a different policy with my previous employer for 5 years and not once did I receive the wellness payments because I never knew it was available. It surely helps offset the cost of the policies. I’m so grateful to have these policies in place because you never know when you’re going to need them. LOVE LOVE LOVE AFLAC. Keep up the good work.

Aflac is great!!!

I’d like to say that Aflac is Great!!! I read a review that made my mouth drop to the floor! This person said Aflac isn’t great and they don’t cover what they say but I’m here to tell you that’s a lie,ok! Aflac has been around in my family for many years and with kids accidents occur and they’ve always done exactly what they say they would according to policy. I’ve had surgeries and they come through for us each and every time! Aflac🦆 is a great company to have on your side just. We love 💕 Aflac!!

BEST VALUE

For the small amount they take out of my paycheck I now have peace of mind. I have purchased the accident and the short term disability policy. You can’t beat this type of coverage for the price. The accident policy allows you a $60 credit each year when you have your yearly physical or other health related check up. I was amazed when I filed this late Saturday and was paid by Monday. They say that claims can be processed in 24 hours and they were right!

I have not been able to read one message from the app. It always says I don't have the right app installed to read the messages. So I have to call in to customer service, and then wait 2-3 hours for a callback. What do I need to install to fix this? It's awful.
