Extremely helpful platform for making data room updates on mobile device

There’s been a handful of occasions when my PC hasn’t been accessible and I needed to access a file room. The mobile app is just as intuitive as the desktop platform and has saved me!

Great functionality for bankers — exceptionally easy to manage VDR permissions and users even when on the go. I no longer feel rushed to have to return to my computer for simple VDR tasks, now that I have the same capabilities right on my phone.

Nothing worse than getting a “Pls give XYZ access to the dataroom” email when you’re away from your computer and having to trek back home for a 60 second task. Having the this app functionality at my fingertips has been a life-saver in my analyst years.
