How to fix SCRL app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SCRL app on iPhone
Update SCRL app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SCRL iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SCRL on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SCRL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SCRL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SCRL app issues:

Force Stop the SCRL App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SCRL app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SCRL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SCRL App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SCRL app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SCRL.

Fix SCRL unable to contact server/ SCRL internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SCRL » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SCRL » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SCRL on android.
