Stadium Goods - Buy Sneakers Reviews

I am not the type to write reviews, unless I’m really disappointed with the service/product. However, I felt compelled to write this because I’m sure there are those that are skeptical about the services, especially when there are negative posts on here. I purchased my wife some Jordan 4’s for her birthday, they showed up on time, proper color, and without any issues. They even have a customer service number that you can call. I spoke to a person, and they were very helpful, even wishing my wife a happy birthday. My experience was a good one, and I will be ordering more from here.

Stadium Goods and I have a long history of orders; even in the midst of the crazy Holiday Season my 3 orders have shipped within a week of ordering. While other businesses might have lower prices, they also cant guarantee (even when they say they will) an DS/Brand new, factory defect free, and authentic pair of hard to acquire sneakers/Fine Streetwear. I don’t work for or have any incentive to write this review during a business work day, however I felt compelled to give Stadium Goods their do credit for maintaining an integrity driven business relationship with myself. Thanks for all the orders that I received for myself and friends/family.

The apartment complex I just moved into isn’t on Google Maps just yet. So when I try to input my actual address, it’s not found as an option during the checkout process. You should allow for users to input their addresses manually. Stadium Goods allows users to enter addresses manually from a browser, but not through StadiumGoods ? I JUST had a Stadium Goods package delivered this week w/o any issues and that was from using a browser window on my iPhone. But now that I want to use StadiumGoods , I can’t because #1 my info isn’t carried over when I log into my account; #2 there’s no option for me to enter my address manually. It has to be an address that pops up as a suggestion. This needs to be fixed guys and girls. Until then, I’ll continue to NOT use your app. Such a shame. Thanks anyway.

I ordered 2 different pairs of sneakers, Bred 11 lows, and Win Like 82 11’s. They came in a timely fashion, reasonable price for online, and the packaging wasn’t torn or beat up. They take care of their products. When I couldn’t track my shipment, I thought something was wrong and I emailed them. They replied to me within a couple hours and sent me a link and had all the info I needed on them. I will forever be a loyal customer to Stadium Goods now. You guys do it right!! Hence, “this is how it should be!”

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I would not recommend using this company at all! They sent me a Jordan 1 when I bought a Jordan 6 (worth over a hundred more dollars). I was all excited to get my new 6 DMP’s, opened the box and there was some dang Jordan 1’s.... I immediately called the customer service number and the representative could not even tell me the process of what would happen... said would send me an email & I would have to send pictures -proving I got the wrong shoe.... Prove I got the wrong shoe? The box has the original Nike stamp saying it’s Jordan 1 and then the stadium goods sticker saying Jordan 6.... first time I have ever ordered shoes online and this Will be my last- terrible experience from a terrible company. I will go back and edit this ,if they make it right but I have a feeling they won’t.

I bought a pair of Yeezy shoes there, of course for a crazy price. As some of you may know - when they close the draw window, price goes high. I don’t mind high price but I don’t like paying over $1500+ for a pair of used shoes. I bought a few items after that as well and returned a couple due to size issues. Ever since then I couldn’t login to my account, and can’t reset my password. So basically feeling like being banned. So overall - Be cautious if you mind getting used items ( I mean some of them may not only just be tried on for once, but being wore for long enough to change the shoes shape); Purchase experience is definitely not good, you need to make sure everything is correct before you actually pay.

I’ve never had issues buying hood online, I purchased 1 order with them. They said they can’t get authorization for payment. Tried again, they said the same . I’ve bought good for way more on online stores and never had an issue but with these guys they just can’t get authorization from my bank I guess. Like I said I’m ever had this issue and with stadium good , it happens anytime I order. You will spend you money within 5 min, yet it takes them 5 days to give the money back… unless you want to be back and forth with your money i suggest use the other platforms to buy food because StadiumGoods for some reason is very difficult to purchase an item.

I finally thought I found a place to shop mfor all sneakers but nope.......... ordered sneakers here a couple times and can everything was fine, ordered a pair of sneakers and they sent me the wrong ones ( I understand people make mistakes) I believe if you are a high end store, you should have a high end customer service. I would call customer service mediocre, take way too much time to respond, have been waiting to get reimbursed for over a couple weeks now and it is ridiculous. Would have forgiven the mistake and given 4 stars on this rate if the customer service was better.

I had an issue with my delivery and obtaining of my package which ultimately lead to my shoes being lost. When I had ordered my shoes I originally had messed up and not put my suite number down. I immediately contacted stadium goods and they told me that they would not/ could not change it or add to the address. It was still being shipped to the building as you cannot cancel your package. So it was delivered to the building. Due to the building being and office building there was no sight of my package. I walked around looking and asking in my building and there was no sight of my package. Now a week and half later apparently my shoes are missing. So if you order from here be pre-cautious and double check everything

Buying Jordan’s online is a sketchy process but having someone on your side that isn’t out to scam you is great!

Fast delivery and everything came perfect. One thing to note, after I purchased from Stadium Goods, my credit card company put a lock on my card. I had to call and get it removed, it seems Stadium Goods had CCs compromised on their site before. Hope that is still not the case as I’d like to purchase more in the future!

I made a couple of purchases through StadiumGoods and it was a great experience both time, they came on time and in both cases I sent an email to customer service and they replied in less than 24 hours, one note though about StadiumGoods , it should update the newly coming merchandise constantly as it is hard to follow what just came into the store

Never by shoes when they are having a sale.
Sounds weird huh, I bought some retro 5 for $200 plus and immediately after delivery I notice that they have white spots on the front of the shoes. I immediately send an email notifying them that I would like to return. I didn’t mention the spots because I’ve had no problem returning to them in the past. Long story short. I’m stuck with shoes that I don’t want . All they said is that it’s nothing that they can do. For now on I will purchase on Stock x, although they don’t accept returns

Stadium Goods has all the overpriced hype beast clothes you could ask for, but on Black Friday I decided to order a pair of shoes. I got them in size 10 and checked my order the next day because I was excited. I had to log in again then I saw the shoes I ordered (Yeezy 350 “Zyon” V2) and noticed they were size 9.5. I have a screenshot of right after I ordered them in size 10 so I know I didn’t make a mistake. To say the very least they didn’t charge me the pice of the size 9.5. But still unacceptable.

I’ve bought like 5 pairs so far from stadium goods and sold about 3-4 . Nothing but great employees to deal with helpful answer questions and a great selection of those shoes I had when I was younger trying to get back or a killer pair of sacai’s and or mmw 004 ‘s highly recommend this as your go to shop if ur looking for that elusive pair of kicks!

So I was looking for nice but lower price Jordans and I see this pair of Jordans and I buy this pair called air Jordans 1 Mid Se red color blue, white on Nike check blue, Orange, red, purple I highly recommend to buy Jordan’s from here or any shoe and it’s legit I got it a week or two had highly quality detail look legit and and the nice shoe in general I recommend buying some from here but it is more money on here though

I try to buy some shoes yesterday. It said there was an issue with my credit card , but when I checked my account , it took my money and charged me 4 times. So they took my money , and it says I never bought anything .... why did this happen ??

This was my first time using this company and it will be my last they stole my dunk low panda’s and my linen mids it’s been two weeks and my items are still saying received then I asked when will they be processed and they said their company is relocating its warehouse and it will be months before they process item’s for co-sign, so there’s no time limit on when they will process my shoes? It sounds like they stole my shoes I think they are scammers don’t use them please I just lost over $500 buck I am looking into filing a lawsuit on this company

Stadium Goods has become one of my most favorite sneaker app and I gotta say I’m impressed with this sneaker app along with Kicks on fire is my other favorite sneaker app also. StadiumGoods is very organized and their brands are fire, literally any sneaker u think of is here and I’m in love with StadiumGoods I even follow Stadium Goods in Instagram too. Love StadiumGoods and will always will, Ivan.🔥🔥🔥

So I got StadiumGoods to purchase shoes like everyone else but when I got into StadiumGoods for the first time it said log in or create an account so I clicked create an account, but once I entered all my information in it said that my email has already been used with another account which didn’t make any sense because I just created that email. So I tried some of my other emails and it said the same thing, kinda disappointed with this cause I really wanted to buy some shoes through here.

Seriously this is the best app I have ever downloaded in my life not only for the exclusive sneaker drops, the early releases but the customer service is on point too truly a one-of-a-kind app! I’d give it 10 out of 10 if it was possible!

I was skeptical reading reviews of stockX, GOAT but only seen positive reviews for this app. I ordered a pair of sneakers and they came super fast and they were quick to reply to my email. The sneakers came with the this app tag on them, authenticated them. I will be making more purchases soon.

After purchasing shoes for $170 off this website and 12 days later I have not received any information about the shoes and the shipment of the shoes. I then contacted the customer service through StadiumGoods and was met with many road blocks and was told that there was no history of my order, while my account was still charged $170. Overall, my purchase experience was very difficult and I would not recommend purchasing shoes off this website.

Stadium Goods has one of the worst return policies I’ve come across. They give you 3 days to file a return and once your return has been approved you have 3 days to send them back. I spent a good $50 paying for express shipping so that they would arrive in time. They then “lost” the shoes. Also, they take a 10% restocking fee and only refund you in store credit. Only buy from Stadium Goods if you are 100% sure you won’t need to return anything.

Even though I haven’t ordered anything I like the quality and the shoes that I want that I thought were sold out are still available. Some shoes are customized and it’s always updated on launches.

There are great shoes and Clothing throughout this website. I like the selections and the authenticity of everything they have yet everything is completely overpriced. I would recommend this website, but I would definitely look at other places for things to be a little cheaper than here.

Before three days I order a shoe from StadiumGoods and in the same day after maybe just 6 hours I sent them an email to cancel my order and no one replied on my email. I sent them another email yesterday and no replied also. Then, they just replied one me today saying that the shoe already shipped and they can not cancel my order hence there will be no refund.

What a bad service this is my first and last time to deal with them.

I bought a pair of wave runners and they were delivered pretty quick, took like 5 days cuz i ordered on a sunday, and they were authentic and ds. Would be buying from them again if i come across more steals 🤫👊🏽🔥

I wanted to get StadiumGoods cus im tryna cop some wave runners and i usually use goat but i wanna use different apps but when i first got StadiumGoods i was just scrolling to check out the prices and when i tell you they charging $125 for some slip on vans SLIP ON VANS YO they are $65 out the store why would they charge $125 for vans and thats when I realized they was tweaking so i closed StadiumGoods deleted and came here to warn yall...dont do it use goat or StockX cus this aint it cheif

I can’t remove shoes from my cart. Trying to make a purchase of 4 pairs but the 5th pair won’t leave my cart. Also the search bar is useless , type in a keyword everything pops up first except anything that relates to what you typed in
