this app is really good and i’ve definitely seen some results, but i wish that it would extend to more than 30 days and also, i was hoping to see some better results... these are the few cons that i’ve found by using this app, but there are definitely lots of pros. The app motivated me to get fit, the exercises are very detailed. Overall, great!!! Thank you so much!!! (definitely recommend)

I really liked this app and used it all the time because I could create a workout program for my self. Now it keeps deleting the workouts I have made. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but it deletes my programs still. Disappointed that it won’t work like it should anymore because I used to use it everyday.

This is a wonderful app, however it says that you burn 300+ calories per each session. If each session is 7 min long the most you should be bunting is 49 calories. Other than the calorie count I live this app.
