How to fix Speak app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Speak app on iPhone
Update Speak app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Speak iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Speak on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Speak network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Speak Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Speak not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Speak App
1. On android, goto Settings » Speak » click [Force Stop]

Update Speak to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Speak App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Speak » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Speak.

Fix Speak unable to contact server/ Speak internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Speak » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Speak » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
