The mobile app is able to capture the activities data correctly all the time and I am tire of writing to AIA Vitally customer services to request for rectification.
Useless app

Useless app as in the end it just directs you to the website in any case. Useless trying to update my info. Even the date selected in the only format they give and it says invalid format.
Can’t log in

is the ios 13.4 support for this version of app? Seems I can’t log in into this app and pop out as “There may be a problem with network connectivity”. I’ve tried in other phone with diff version ios and it workd no error. Can someone give me clue...Called customer service and they said they updating something for now...Please help thanks!
