Bang for the buck rates MyHBApp deficient in almost every category . At least it functions some of the time after doing complete delete and reinstall. App software management and design seem to escape your IT providers. Maybe time to just either give up and safe our tax dollars or hire some competent app provider. Clearly whatever you’ve tried continues to fail miserably.
App doesn’t work. Menu comes up but none of the navigation buttons work. Please fix!
Most of the links within MyHBApp don't do ANYTHING when you tap on them!

Crashes every time I try to open it
Was great a while back, now nothing works.
90 percent of the time MyHBApp is nonfictional. It has great potential but someone from the city need to finally fix this!
White screen and everything frozen. Useless app.
Submitted a graffiti on public property, and the city filed it within 2 days (resolved) my work desk is literally right next to it no one stopped by to see the graffiti yet filed it ‘resolved’? Do better HB
MyHBApp crashes and does not load to the point of frustration. Take the time to remedy it so it can work and help the citizens of HB use it effectively.
MyHBApp is literally advertised on specially placed signs to alert residents how to report illegal fireworks (cuz Fourth of July is a few days away and people just can’t wait…) and MyHBApp IS USELESS. It’s frozen and it’s been like that since at least new years.
Always freezes up. Can’t ever get past the home page. Only works when i delete MyHBApp than reinstall. Than it only works one time and freezes again. Its a great idea. But it just doesn’t work.
I live in the city of Huntington Beach and MyHBApp was touted to be a handy and convenient way to communicate with the city. After many months of being able to access MyHBApp once, I have given up any hope of using it. I have to wonder if that isn’t the intention if the city.
The Home Screen opens up and it appears well organized and intuitive. The problem is, and remains that none of the buttons work. There is no functionality to MyHBApp . This problem has been persistent for about a year so I doubt it will be fixed at this point.
This update is garbage. It doesn’t work.
I deleted and reinstalled and it worked for a little bit. Tried to look for something later that night and it’s freezing again.
Updated app from MyHBApp Store and it’s just a white screen.
