We’ll at least it works after first deleting prior installation!

Bang for the buck rates this app deficient in almost every category . At least it functions some of the time after doing complete delete and reinstall. App software management and design seem to escape your IT providers. Maybe time to just either give up and safe our tax dollars or hire some competent app provider. Clearly whatever you’ve tried continues to fail miserably.
None of the buttons work

The Home Screen opens up and it appears well organized and intuitive. The problem is, and remains that none of the buttons work. There is no functionality to the app. This problem has been persistent for about a year so I doubt it will be fixed at this point.
Worst App Ever

I live in the city of Huntington Beach and this app was touted to be a handy and convenient way to communicate with the city. After many months of being able to access the app once, I have given up any hope of using it. I have to wonder if that isn’t the intention if the city.
