Downloaded this for the free Fall Out Boy concert. After 15 minutes of “trouble connecting to the server” errors, I finally got it to play…for three seconds before the error came back. Their Twitter support eventually had me clear MelodyVR data and check my speed — both of which I did and which met their standards — but I had no change in experience. While I’m glad MelodyVR and concert were free so I don’t have to go through a refund process, this was still a major disappointment. Definitely not worth the time I put in.

Watched a Panic! at the Disco concert and it kept freezing and wouldn’t continue, not sure if that your fault or something else related.

Bought the Panic at the Disco concert and it was good up until the screen went black and just kept having a loading symbol around the pause button while still playing the song. No video just music.

Reset app, restored purchase, & even resetting phone did not fix issue. I believe it relies with how the videos are stored on their cloud.

Not worth the 10$ if you can’t watch the whole show.

I love watching all of my favorite artists in a brand new way. I can’t wait to see who comes up next!

I downloaded this specifically so I could watch Panic! and it is so blurry I’m having a hard time continuing watching it. I’m using the Oculus which has amazing quality. I reset everything in the settings of the Oculus to get the clearest possible view. Very disappointed in MelodyVR. If it wasn’t free I would ask for my money back.

The idea of watching a concert up close in personal in my own home for such a good price is incredible! Great selection of music, concerts, and more. Can’t wait to do this with my friends!

Really enjoyed the artist selection and overall app experience. The VR film quality is superb, and it looks like they’re going to have a steady stream of new acts. Solid download.

Having a lot of fun watching the Panic! show. No lag problems watching on iPad. Have it hooked up to a speaker—sounds great!

I downloaded MelodyVR because I wanted to watch the Marshmello concert in Central Park and I can’t even do that! All it does is show a black screen and then it’ll say “Retry? We’re struggling to connect to our server, so please try again soon.” I have tried! Multiple times! I even restarted my devices but still nothing!

Such a cool concept on how concerts and live music can be done in the midst of COVID-19. Really recommend MelodyVR to my fellow concert goers who miss seeing their favorite artist perform.

Great technology and amazing music to choose from! Feels like you are there at the show.

Amazing technology. Getting better al the time. Don’t try it or judge it without a solid WiFi or good cellular connection. A lot of fun.

I downloaded MelodyVR to see Kane Brown and Marshmello Live in GMA love concert series. It stopped maybe 10 minutes in and I could not get back in to see the rest of the concert. No need to pay $9.99 for other concerts if I’m not sure if I would be able to see the whole thing. Hard pass.

I hope to use this in South Korea:(

I like what thy are trying to do but there are only a hand full of artists on the platform, they don’t have free full length shows to watch, the prices for the shows aren’t clearly labeled where you can purchase instantly on MelodyVR .

One hell of an App! Loved the GMA’s Live from Central Park on Friday morning. I saw Lewis Capaldi at The Fonda! I was at that show! Can’t wait to see what is next! Great work. Mark

Constantly freezes , drops out - lag time.
Good concept but not willing to pay for a concert till bugs are fixed. Too much time spent to correct. Went back to live television broadcast .

MelodyVR is trash. Made it 34 minutes into a concert and it just stopped. They need to get their stuff figured out.

MelodyVR has a good range of things to choose from but it’s just expensive at times and can be hard to navigate.

I purchased the full Panic at the Disco concert but could only last about 5 minutes of watching before the freezing every 15 seconds drove me mad. Luckily I was able to get a refund from MelodyVR Store, but please fix this issue. I will happily purchase it again once it’s fixed, but paying $10+ for content that freezes every 15 seconds is unacceptable. I love the concept but the platform needs much improvement.

I was watching GMA and downloaded this, it worked great for me. I was even sitting with my friends and we all played around with MelodyVR after. Massive list of artists to see other shows from, and it works great on my iPhone and iPad. Hope there continue to be more live streams too, that was really cool!

There are so many different bands and acts on here - I can’t get enough of this- You go to a show and can watch from anywhere even the stage - Hope they get Kanye someday but there are so many massive artists on here I don’t know how I never heard of it before! - Easy to use too
