Three seconds isn’t even worth the free download

Downloaded this for the free Fall Out Boy concert. After 15 minutes of “trouble connecting to the server” errors, I finally got it to play…for three seconds before the error came back. Their Twitter support eventually had me clear the app data and check my speed — both of which I did and which met their standards — but I had no change in experience. While I’m glad the app and concert were free so I don’t have to go through a refund process, this was still a major disappointment. Definitely not worth the time I put in.
Horrible quality

I downloaded this specifically so I could watch Panic! and it is so blurry I’m having a hard time continuing watching it. I’m using the Oculus which has amazing quality. I reset everything in the settings of the Oculus to get the clearest possible view. Very disappointed in this app. If it wasn’t free I would ask for my money back.
This App is Awful!

I downloaded this app because I wanted to watch the Marshmello concert in Central Park and I can’t even do that! All it does is show a black screen and then it’ll say “Retry? We’re struggling to connect to our server, so please try again soon.” I have tried! Multiple times! I even restarted my devices but still nothing!
