Your Pie Rewards Reviews

I luv your pie but I’m vegan and tell them I’m not getting meat and to please load up on veggies and they put me 2 pieces of spinach. I ask for a little more and they do add a few more. Then they put 2 pieces of bell pepper and I ask them to put a few more. They are nice but they take forever doing this with each vegetable. That’s the only negative thing I have to say.

There is a new Your Pie that was recently built near me. I was going to order online so I downloaded YourPieRewards . I was so annoyed because there are only 2 ways to pay: A. Using your card to preload at least 25 dollars into YourPieRewards . Once the balance falls under 10 dollars, it auto charges your card again to bring he prepaid balance up to 25 dollars. OR B. Lumping all orders for the month into 1 large payment made on the 22nd of each month. There is no way to just charge your card regularly on a per order basis which just blows my mind. Because of this, I didn’t even go trough with the order. I ate somewhere else. Pretty lame.

I was sitting in my car waiting for my boyfriend to come out of work to take lunch when a nice man got out and gave us a free pizza to try told us about YourPieRewards and all that they offer. He was very friendly! They will be getting a lot of our business!

Let me start by saying we love Your Pie at my house. We were at the grand opening in Pooler, GA and when we moved to Atlanta we found another location to frequent. YourPieRewards is fine... so long as you pay and order at the store. The points system has been turned upside down and now online orders are NOT to redeemable to earn points. You heard me right- THE ORDERS YOU PLACE ON YOUR PHONE GIVE YOU NO POINTS! But when you pay at the store, it’s your phone they scan so you can earn said points. Also YourPieRewards could be more user friendly.

Their app doesn't work for the rewards points the traditional way we as customers would use it and they know it and have no intensions of changing it.
You have to order through YourPieRewards then pay in the store by the way.
They don't want to honor their promises to their customers.
When I emailed them, initially they doubted I ever purchased from YourPieRewards .
When I sent them a copy of the receipt then they fessed up to how the rewards points worked and I'm sorry their is no way to get the past points back.
When I let them know they lost a regular customer due to lack of business integrity, then they asked for all my past receipts so they can provide points.
Really?! They know ppl don't save their receipts. SMH

Just go to blaze pizza, they act with integrity and value their costumers.

This company had a few good days but now they don't believe in valuing their customers.

I like YourPieRewards. If you forget your password, it loads your email, rather than you re-entering it. The but is, with other points accruing apps that allow you to photo your receipt, this doesn't. Can you fix that? Especially when the cashier doesn't ask if you have YourPieRewards .

Nice improvements to the options you can use with YourPieRewards! Now you can simply collect points toward rewards and pay separately, or use YourPieRewards linked to your card to pay a couple of different ways.

The newest version now gives only some ingredient options in the menu and then requires an extra click on “see other [menu items]” to get to the rest. Since nearly everything I like is in the “see other” sections, ordering is now much less efficient, for no reason or benefit.

Initially I was happy with YourPieRewards except it was difficult to figure out how much money was in the remaining balance. However, for the past two months, I have been unable to use my available funds at my local restaurant. They say it’s an internet problem but that doesn’t explain anything and is a cop out excuse. I upload money to these apps expecting to be able to use it. If you can’t fix the problem and let me use my funds, you need to create a way for it to be refunded.

I would love to be able to scan YourPieRewards at the register to use rewards and be able to pay in cash at the same time.

While logged into app, I can select items to order but when I try to checkout, Im asked to log in again and then told my user ID (email) is not found. Can log in and out with same email but not place order; tried several times. Had to order at the restaurant. Interestingly enough, had no problem paying with YourPieRewards at the restaurant. Buggy.

Frustrating first experience with YourPieRewards . I ordered pizza for the game and was prompted to prepay to complete the order. When I get to Your Pie to pick it up I’m told they can’t scan YourPieRewards for loyalty points since I prepaid! All they could say is email the manager. They also left out the side of ranch I asked for twice on the order. Not impressed.

App is great but a few improvements would give YourPieRewards 5 star.
- remember login credentials. Horrible that you have to login ever time.
- allow for face or touch login
- keep track of orders

This is my favorite way to order pizza! Plus, you get a lot of exclusive rewards for just app users.

My acct was hacked through Level Up & your pie 2 days ago. They started an account with KFC & had grubhub deliver 3 different orders to 3 different addresses back to back...total of $$230. Level up didn’t give me any issues about refunding my money & they were quick about it but I do wonder about the security of their apps.

I love using YourPieRewards to order online, quickly pay, and earn rewards on delicious pizza! To all of the Your Pie fanatics out there... I'd highly recommend!! :)

I Love this restaurant, they have the best selection of pizzas.... the Employees are always beyond friendly, and on top of their game.❤️❤️❤️ I’m always welcomed back like a Family member. Please give them a try.

Each time I have gone to Your Pie the past few months, I have tried to use YourPieRewards . However, it shuts down automatically when I open YourPieRewards on my phone. I have totally powered down my phone and deleted YourPieRewards and reinstalled it, but none of these seem to help the Your Pie app actually work.

Through YourPieRewards I can pay each time or pay once a month.
No issues with YourPieRewards

Don’t like their card payment system of loading dollars into PayPal. Will not use it.

I like YourPieRewards . I think it could be better! I'm supposed to have 3.00 off for my birthday. There is no where to see that in YourPieRewards ! I love the pizza!! Best anywhere😀😀
