It’s not a search tool, even though that’s what they’re advertising this as. This is probably the most useless of any real estate app I’ve tried. The idea of collaborating with your agent on searches is great, but if you can’t search yourself yourself with it what is the point?

My realtor added me work with her on realscout, but Redfin is 100 times faster and more user friendly. There are also less listings compared to apps like Redfin, Zillow or Compass. What's the point? I can text my agent if I want to know something

I downloaded RealScoutHomeSearch and it called for my email to get started. I put in my email and it said there was no account associated with that email. There was no other place to go to either sign up or use RealScoutHomeSearch as a guest.

It’s crazy that RealScoutHomeSearch doesn’t support tablets. I don’t want to look through photos on my small iPhone screen.

Feature ideas:
-take personal notes
-Communicate w realtor on property page (like on website)
-Mark viewed listings as read
-Do not show me listings that I mark to hide or as hidden
-I’d like to see which of my realtor’s searches for me brought back a particular result

I downloaded RealScoutHomeSearch because my realtor suggested me too, and it’s great! I did get notifications at first but then stopped getting them after a while. I double checked to see if I turned them off in the settings by accident and reset my phone as well and reinstalled RealScoutHomeSearch and nothing worked. It may not be a huge issue but it’s quite annoying that I have to check RealScoutHomeSearch all the time to see if there was a new listing. I like to be alerted right away so I can let my realtor know if I like something so she can schedule me right away to go see a house. Please try to fix this!

Makes searching for a new home more productive and keeps you focused! Lots of relevant search filters that you can combine with a custom-drawn boundary on the map. Search results are saved to a list view that you can sort and mark your favorites. Your favorites are added to a separate list for you to narrow down. You get notifications on price changes and status changes to stay up to date. When you're ready, share listing links with your agent to expedite showings. Way more effective than searching multiple sites loaded with misinformation.

RealScoutHomeSearch is when you are working with an agent. You can adjust all of your criteria from RealScoutHomeSearch or you can do it on your computer. Since RealScoutHomeSearch is linked to your agent you can collaborate on homes you like right in RealScoutHomeSearch . I really like that I can search freely and my agent will see if my interest are starting to change. That way he/she can help direct me to the right path. Sometimes we just don’t know what we want until we start searching. RealScoutHomeSearch helps to figure that out.

The recent app update is night and day compared to the last version. I now use RealScoutHomeSearch and prefer it to Zillow. Not only can I see all the listings in my area, but I can also share listings with my agent and get her feedback. Love love love!

I love the way I can view homes so easily. The photos are incredible and the interface is so easy to navigate. Recommending this to all my real estate friends.
