This the second semester that I’ve used them app for and it’s been really helpful for me. I like all of the views that they offer to see assignment, especially the calendar view.

This semester, however, I’ve had an issue with late assignments. In past, complete a past due assignment if needed. Now the complete option does not appear for late assignments. This is annoying because sometimes I finish the assignment on time and just don’t get to updating myHomeworkStudentPlanner for a day or two. Other times the assignment is late, but I still plan on doing it for partial credit (or for my own good). The only work arounds for it are to change the due date and then complete it and to then change the due date again. You could also delete it, but that would delete it from the database.

Having the option to complete a late assignment doesn’t hurt anyone so I’m really not sure why they removed it. They could have made it a configuration at least.

I really find myHomeworkStudentPlanner super helpful! I’ve just started using it because online classes are much harder to keep up with without the use of a planner.

My only suggestion is that it would be super awesome to be able to place more than one reminder for each assignment. Oftentimes, I’m not one to finish the whole assignment immediately, and if it’s a big paper or project, I need multiple reminders spanning over several weeks. Right now, I’m just putting one reminder and then when I finish that portion of a project, I edit the assignment and set a new reminder for a couple days later. It would be wonderful to not have to do this.

Other than this, I haven’t found any other annoyances. Thanks for the awesome homework app!

myHomeworkStudentPlanner Is so helpful and efficient because is keeps you track on your classes and teachers, but the one thing that I didn't like was that you had to find your school if it wasn't on there, mine wasn't so I had to search then invite my teacher,after all myHomeworkStudentPlanner is very helpful it keeps me updated on the newest tasks and it send notifications of when a test comes up or when you have to turn In things, I give myHomeworkStudentPlanner a 4/5 because of the searching my school thing,I love myHomeworkStudentPlanner and I also love that you get to add themes and a profile picture and use myHomeworkStudentPlanner without any connection!! So overall I love myHomeworkStudentPlanner a lot it's helpful to students so they keep they homework/classes all organized

I have ADD and myHomeworkStudentPlanner is nigh unto perfection for my “backup brain” to remind me what I have left to do and when, especially things a long way off. Sure, there are features I wish were free, but I understand something has to be in the paid version to fund high quality apps.

I only gave 4 stars though because, as a college student, I’ll sometimes have individual classes cancel while the rest of my classes are still happening on a given day. If the class is at the beginning or end of the day, I can cheat and block it with an “early out” or “late start”, but when it’s in the middle of the day the closest to cancelling a class I can do is put an event “class cancelled” over it. It’s not a big deal, but it’s annoying when it seems like such a simple fix to add a single class cancellation option when every other feature has sooo much detail (which is great).

Over all, not the biggest deal. I love editing assignments in bulk online and having them immediately on my phone. Great work!

myHomeworkStudentPlanner has been ridiculously helpful during the 5 years that I’ve used it and it’s the perfect thing for a college student to use. I, like many, tried to use a physical planner to write down due dates and important assignments, but it can be a hard thing to remember to do as the semester gets hectic. The convenience of just typing it into myHomeworkStudentPlanner and being able to choose the class, color, assignment type, etc. makes it much easier to use. The best part is that while a physical planner can’t send you a push notification on a due date, myHomeworkStudentPlanner can and will, so you always know before it’s too late.

The only issue I have is one that didn’t exist until recently: there’s a new bug that causes myHomeworkStudentPlanner to freeze on opening, after clicking an assignment, and after marking its completion. I’ll find myself spending a full minute or two just to get on myHomeworkStudentPlanner and mark an assignment completed (which used to take 10 seconds at most). Hopefully, this can be fixed (and hopefully I’m one of few that has this issue). Aside from this, it’s perfect and I’ll still be continuing to use it with the minor inconvenience.

I've been using myHomeworkStudentPlanner for a few years now and I absolutely love it. I have problems staying organised and myHomeworkStudentPlanner helps tremendously. But for almost a year now, I've been having a slight bug when I set custom themes. When I set one, close myHomeworkStudentPlanner , then come back to myHomeworkStudentPlanner , it tells me that there was a problem loading my theme and that I should check my internet connection and try again. It could be 5 minutes later or it could be 2 days later, the result is the same. My wifi, which is what I use for it 99% of the time, isn't spotty, and it does the same thing when my phone is on data. This is my only issue that I'm having and I understand that this is a bug, not a feature. If the devs could work on it, that would be amazing.

This is a really great planner app! It is the only one that will do block scheduling, and I find the calendar very helpful!!! It’s really good to see my homework laid out that way. The reminders are also really great, it’s annoying to enter all my homework into reminders so this is a great alternative! I also think it’s helpful to colour coordinate the classes! I just have a couple of suggestions that might help improve myHomeworkStudentPlanner . I think it would be helpful if you could pair your account with your google account, so you could see your homework and notifications on your computer and google calendar. Next, I think there should be an option to display your classes in the order you have them instead of alphabetical. Lastly, it would be nice if there was a search bar to look for specific assignments. All in all, this is a great app and it makes me feel good when I can check off and complete an assignment!

Overall, I really like myHomeworkStudentPlanner a lot. It's by far the easiest to use planner app that I've tried, and it's helped me out a lot. The only complaint I have is that when I go to the classes tab, it lists all my classes in alphabetical order rather than in my actual class scheduled order (ex. Rather than my 1st block chemistry class being listed first, my 8th block algebra class is displayed first in the list.) This bothers me so so so much. I also want my hw assignments to be listed according to my schedule order as well. This may seem like a tiny little hindrance, but it has actually been incredibly frustrating and confusing for me when I'm trying to prioritize my assignments. Please please please fix this.

I got myHomeworkStudentPlanner in the beginning of my junior year and I used it every single day throughout the year. I am still using it now even in the summer to keep track of college visits, work etc. I tried many other apps similar to this one and this is by far the best one. 99% of the features are accessible without a premium subscription and I don’t feel pressured to upgrade unlike other apps. The organization and functionality is amazing. I love that fact that I can add early dismissal and no school days on the calendar which I haven’t seen in any other apps. Also love the details you can add with classes like your schedule type, times, teachers and color coding. I definitely recommend myHomeworkStudentPlanner!

I’ve been doing online college since before it was cool and let me tell you, this application is by far the most important one I use. At the start of every semester I sit down for about an hour and a half and go through my syllabus writing down dates for each thing that is due on myHomeworkStudentPlanner. It is so incredibly organized and I love the fact that they even give you an option to organize classes by color! You seriously need myHomeworkStudentPlanner as a student and the fact it connects to every single one of your iOS devices is so helpful! Just get it already and ACTUALLY TRY IT OUT. Don’t give up when you realize that you actually have to write your assignments in the boxes lol. You’re gonna love it!

I was hit with a ton of homework a few weeks ago and always forgot to write in my agenda when I had homework. Midway through the week, I decided to look for an app that I could easily put in my homework while walking through the halls or toward the end of class without the hassle of getting my agenda out and putting it back. I found myHomeworkStudentPlanner and it is my holy grail at the moment. I love all of the features and I have had a lot less stress about homework since I have gotten it! It reminds me when I have something due when I tell it to remind me. Sometimes thats a day before and sometimes its a few hours before hut I never forget now. It is a great app and I HIGHLY suggest ditching your paper agenda downloading myHomeworkStudentPlanner. You will not regret it!

I have been using myHomeworkStudentPlanner for over a year, and let me say that this has saved my grades. I have a physical planner where I write down my homework, but by the middle of the year, I always seem to forget to write it down. Since I’m on my phone a lot, it’s so convenient to be able to quickly jot it down in myHomeworkStudentPlanner. Literally, I could be relaxing and then I’ll get a notification that I have an assignment due tomorrow which I completely would’ve forgotten to do. It’s also convenient as a schedule since you can write down the name of your teacher, the room number, and the time/period your class starts. Even the color coding feature is super helpful since you remember what class the assignment is for easily and it’s great for aesthetic purposes. My only issue is right now is this glitch. I recently upgraded from an iPhone 6 to and iPhone 7. I noticed that there’s the whole screen is kinda shifted up from where it should be and some of the words get cut off, so I don’t know what I’m reading or writing down. It’s pretty annoying, so I hope you guys fix that asap.

myHomeworkStudentPlanner is great. Now I dont forget to submit assignments on time. I missed a lot of assignments and had to work overnights to finish them, which of course I did by copying, but now I do them early all by myself... The UI and the themes are simply amazing. It is smooth and looks great. The reward points seems interesting. I can get items just by watching few apps. A theme for 120 seconds of my time. These are really good but I wish there were few more features for classes:
1. Same week but different time:
My classes are scheduled at different time in a week which makes it hard to build my schedule.
Example: My mathematics class are on Monday and Tuesday but the times is different. On Monday, its from 7:30 to 9:15 but on Tuesday, its from 9:00 to 10:45. I couldn’t figure out how to separate these classes.
2. If only it was possible to see all the classes that I have today. When I have 5 classes I only see 4 even after tapping (Show more).
3. It would be great if I could see my tomorrow’s schedule right from the widget.
4. A graduation hat theme... that would be motivational.

Thank you. Developers for this wonderful app. If it was possible to pay and remove ads permanently, I’d throw my money on it.

It’s not a calendar app like I thought it would be, but it works for me nonetheless. It works really well for keeping track of school assignments, especially now that we’re online. You can enter any schedule you have (by period, by time, by block) and that was really helpful to me with the alternating days my school has in virtual. Also the assignment entering is really quick but versatile: it doesn’t make you spend fifteen minutes putting in an assignment, but it has things like level of priority, type of work it is, due date, class, etc.
The only thing I would add is like a little slider thing you can adjust for how much work you’ve done on an assignment. I’ve had a few apps that do that and it helps me visualize what I need to do. Also a better way to view long term assignments on the calendar maybe.

Don’t get me wrong. I love myHomeworkStudentPlanner . It’s everything I need to quick me on track of my school since I’m extremely forgetful due to medical issues and multiple doctor appointments. I love how the year fee for the pro version is only 5 bucks and I can pay it in advance. My only question is how do you get reminders in the Am if the assignments are due at night?

Update: I figured it out. If you have a due time that’s at 11:59 Pm. Just set the due time to an Am so you can be reminded in the morning instead of late at night. I love myHomeworkStudentPlanner. It helped me bring my 68 D to a 74 C after midterms by reminding me of my assignments in advance. One of the side effects of my disability is cognitive impairment so I’m glad it reminds me of homework that I would have otherwise forgotten. Get myHomeworkStudentPlanner and pay the $5 dollar premium fee. This will change your academic life.

I’ve probably downloaded about 20 different homework apps trying to find the best one. This by far has the most simplest design and easiest to use. Other homework apps wanted me to pay $35+ a year so the premium. myHomeworkStudentPlanner was free but had a $4.99/per year upgrade that go rid of ads (which I didn’t really see any to begin with) and it also unlocked diffract color themes and you can pick which them best fits your needs (darker, more contrast, etc.) This has a full list of assignments and what comes net. And the calendar view is great. If there’s an assignment due the calendar put a little dot. And if there’s more than one due then it’ll put more than on dot. I also really like the widget feature so you can cross out assignments from ur lock screen. myHomeworkStudentPlanner also syncs with different devices and there’s even a website you can view on ur computer. Over all I recommend myHomeworkStudentPlanner

myHomeworkStudentPlanner was exactly what I needed to survive taking 20 credits! It helped stay on track and on top of everything! I was able to put in my schedule and all the assignments I had. There was even options for you to have assignments repeat (such as with weekly homework) so you don't have to put it in multiple times. The reminders you set for all the assignments and (if you want) for when each class starts is easily customizable to your needs. For example, I can set reminders for exams and projects a week in advance because those require more time whereas regular homework can be set to a day before or even a few hours before it's due. I did find that there was a slight glitch where you can't really edit all the repeating assignments even though you selected for it to do so, but that's not a big deal for me considering all the other useful features this has. I highly recommend myHomeworkStudentPlanner!

Just like me, you have probably been searching for the perfect app that will help you organize your student life. I kept downloading all of these different apps that I thought would be perfect, and they worked just fine, but they didn't meet all fo my needs. I felt the need to write this review so that people like your could finally know that your time of searching is done. myHomeworkStudentPlanner is very similar to the other student planner apps, but it also has other qualities that other apps don't have. For example, if you are constantly being assigned reading or whatnot, you do not have to go in and put all of those bajillion of assignments in separately. There is a “repeat” option that, surprisingly, other homework apps don’t have. myHomeworkStudentPlanner may not have the best ascetics (the background pictures can be blurry depending on which one you choose) but, and you can trust me on this one, myHomeworkStudentPlanner will satisfy all of your needs. Period.

I’ve used so many different apps over the last couple years to try to manage my homework schedule, and this is the first one that has really worked for me. I can’t use physical planners because taking them out often seems like a hassle and I forget to check them for assignments. With the sync feature, I can put an assignment in on my phone or my computer, whichever I have out at the time, and not have to worry about pulling something out to put it down. I can copy links into the description for later use. The reminder feature doesn’t let me forget to check what’s due. The only improvement that would really matter to me is a way to set multiple reminders for one assignment, like one for two weeks out, another in a week, then 3 days out, 2 days out, and the night before. Sometimes I need regular reminders over a time period. Other than that I’m loving it and it’s really helped me keep up with my crazy schedule!

I have been using MyHomework since my sophomore or junior year in high school, I am now just finishing my 3rd semester of college and still use myHomeworkStudentPlanner daily. myHomeworkStudentPlanner is what keeps me organized, I can’t even imagine how I’d remember to get all my assignments done on time without it. It works great even though none of my schools I’ve attended use it but I’m sure if it did that would be very convenient with the teacher integration and file sharing. I add all my events and homework and can attach files to my assignments on myHomeworkStudentPlanner as well. I also have it shared to my icloud calendar so my events and assignments appear there as well, I have also shared it with my parents so they know what’s going on. I highly recommend myHomeworkStudentPlanner and it is definitely worth the $5 a year subscription to get the extra features

For a long time I have loved the organization and accessibility that myHomeworkStudentPlanner offers. I enjoy the point system that has been added but the notifications are getting on my nerves. In the past, MyHomework has simply notified me at noon whenever something is due the next day and it will leave red badges outside of myHomeworkStudentPlanner . Recently myHomeworkStudentPlanner constantly has the red badges on myHomeworkStudentPlanner even if nothing is due. It is a small problem but to someone who stresses about getting work done whenever they see the red badges, it is something that I would appreciate to be changed. Other than that, myHomeworkStudentPlanner is great even with the ads. I recommend myHomeworkStudentPlanner as long as my problem is solved. Good luck!

I’m one of those students that always has their planner and is writing every little thing down then highlighting or crossing them out once they are completed. Having it all on an app that can actually send me a notification when something is due soon, and having all of the assignments, the class, and the due date right there without having to flip through pages is amazing. The only problem I have seen is when adding multiple assignments, it gets a little slow when typing. Clearing out myHomeworkStudentPlanner and continuing again fixes it for a bit of time so it isn’t that big of a deal.

myHomeworkStudentPlanner has been so so useful for me! As a Freshmen in High School I’m gonna be totally honest, I use my phone a whole lot, so an app is always what I turn to first for anything. In High School it’s a LOT of work, and I love to keep organized with due dates and assignments. myHomeworkStudentPlanner is phenomenal, it’s so specific with the dates and it allows me to choose what kind of assignment it is, when it’s due, when the class ends, what school schedule your school uses ( Periods, block schedule, etc.) it even lets me choose the colors that I would like the classes to be in, which for me it’s pretty amazing! All in all I RECOMMEND FOR ALL STUDENTS
7-12 AND EVEN 5-6!!! It’s a great app 👍

I started my school year with a written planner, try to keep track of day by day assignments, which almost never worked, I kept forgetting to write stuff down or just deciding not too write it down. myHomeworkStudentPlanner makes it super easy to quickly put down assignments sorted by class and due date. It also gives me a warning when I have an assignment due the next day, which is very helpful for a forgetful person like me. It also has a very nice feature where things that are due the next day are written in red to make sure you know that they are due. Over all this is an amazing app and I truly advise that if you are looking for a good free planner app this is the perfect one.

myHomeworkStudentPlanner is great and easy to use for anyone going to any type of school. It is completely customizable for any type of schedule. You can choose when you want it to send a notification for homework and you can put in all your classes. It has saved me time and effort so I don't have to carry a planner around and I can just take out my phone and see what I have due the next day. However keep in mind teachers may not let you have your phone out at all. I explained to them I had my planner on here. myHomeworkStudentPlanner has kept me organized very easily and has helped my grades drastically.
