Why should I use this instead of Redfin?

My realtor added me work with her on realscout, but Redfin is 100 times faster and more user friendly. There are also less listings compared to apps like Redfin, Zillow or Compass. What's the point? I can text my agent if I want to know something
What is this supposed to be?

It’s not a search tool, even though that’s what they’re advertising this as. This is probably the most useless of any real estate app I’ve tried. The idea of collaborating with your agent on searches is great, but if you can’t search yourself yourself with it what is the point?

I downloaded the app and it called for my email to get started. I put in my email and it said there was no account associated with that email. There was no other place to go to either sign up or use the app as a guest.
