I paid for this app thinking it would alert me with actual sound when it was time to take my medication. It doesn’t! It puts up a silent notification which is extremely helpful when I am suppose to take an antibiotic at 0500. Fortunately I set other alarms just in case.
I have done everything I can think of to make it MAKE actual noise but the only time it does is when the app is open and my device is awake, not very useful.
I looked at the comments and have found that this is not just my issue! Fix it or give us all our money back if we paid for it!!!

The App is not really helpful. Does not have many features and when you use some available you have to pay. I did pay to use some “advanced” notifications and it’s just a thing you can write in a paper like how many hours takes between medicines. If this is “advance” it’s a robbery to charge for that. I am using the “advanced features” period I paid and will cancel it.

I love this app overall. But, despite my contact before about this issue [8 months ago] it has still been ignored.
The issue involves the time change - whether falling back or springing ahead, the times get messed up an hour. Rather than adjust with the time change, you have to set it another hour later when we fall back an hour, or back to normal when we shift forward that hour. The expected behavior should allow the time to be set once and not have to mess with it at all!
Hopefully this gets fixed BEFORE spring 2019. Well, I’m adding to this because obviously it hasn’t. In fact, after telling me it would be fixed, they came back and said that they aren’t going to add this because some people have to take their medications at the same time. Well, that same time would correspond with the time of day that it is where and when they are. Why this is so hard to understand, I will never know, but apparently it is.
