Ventusky app won’t download data. Updated the app. Deleted and reinstalled. Still unable to download data. Can’t understand why ?

Whole web site inaccessible this morning. I am forbidden to see any map data despite trying two different ISP addresses. Never had a problem before.

Won’t load on iPhone! Deleted it and redownloaded it, checked for updates, shut off phone and restarted and still won’t work!
