In A2 Spanish Gerunds: formation of present progrssive in a type what you hear question: Estás bebiendo chocolate caliente Sentence typed matches answer, but counted wrong in both the lesson and the review. I can't complete unit until glitch fixed. Thank you for your help. Marilyn

How to fix Bunpo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bunpo app on iPhone
Update Bunpo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bunpo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bunpo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bunpo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bunpo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bunpo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bunpo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bunpo » click [Force Stop]

Update Bunpo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bunpo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bunpo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bunpo.

Fix Bunpo unable to contact server/ Bunpo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bunpo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bunpo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bunpo
