i got these lights christmas and they worked fine in the beginning now they don’t. they won’t connect to my phone but the lights show up on the app. the controller that came with the lights doesn’t work at all. my lights simply won’t turn on

The application exits when I select music to play. However, all of the other functions are operating without a hitch. The Samsung Note9 is my mobile device. This issue is exclusive to this particular phone. It appears to be working from other phones. What may possibly be the cause?

Can not get lights to come on checked power at wire end where it plugs in to control box. That’s it lights do not come on with music or without music
