The app is not controlling the lights
I have 2 strings of the eve lights. 1 string comes on using the timer the other does not come on.
Why does it say that i am not connected to the device
Lights connect and can be controlled first time. After that they show but won't connect to app.

The application exits when I select music to play. However, all of the other functions are operating without a hitch. The Samsung Note9 is my mobile device. This issue is exclusive to this particular phone. It appears to be working from other phones. What may possibly be the cause?
how can i delete a group
Can not get lights to come on checked power at wire end where it plugs in to control box. That’s it lights do not come on with music or without music
