I tried several times to get connected with the USA West Coast on my iPhone and PC computer I could get connected early in the mornings but in the afternoons couldn’t connect Then contacted the customer service Dept representative who wrote and told me to down load test software to record - sent the information and they continued to say they received nothing - After 1 year of constant disconnections - I changed to another VPN service which was a breeze and never disconnects me on my iPhone!! Another competitors VPN working with Kaspersky Total Security is tricky on the PC computer!! So make sure your Kaspersky protection works with the competitors VPN. Some do and some don’t!! But found one and I’m so happy - no more disconnections of the VPN!! Glad I changed to the competitors VPN - why didn’t I do this before and cancel the disappointing Kaspersky VPN!!!!

Ok found the kaspersky subscriptions on the app store, its not on the page where I purchased the subscription but in the top right of the search page a small blue icon. I’d never noticed this before! If I try to cancel renewal, I get forwarded to a web page in a language I cant read, so how can I manage my subscription. I put a message in to support, they claim I could manage from App store, where I purchased subscription but I dont see anywhere to do that on the App store page!

They offered me a free trial for 7 days on my MacBook. The latency was too high for my application needs so I tried to cancel but the app requires you to submit a cancel request on their website instead of on the App Store. I received a confirmation email of my request on Monday and apple charged me for a one year service on Thursday. Now I have to try fight this charge. Too much of a hassle than it’s worth. Subscribe from the website not from the App Store.
