for the 4+ time in 3 weeks, my device is offline for no reason. also, the control layout of this app is HORRIBLE. why can you not tap the large “off” to turn it on? WHY ARE HALF THE CONTROLS HIDDEN WHEN THERE IS EMPTY SPACE? every time I turn it on, I have to expand the controls to turn off eco mode. the AC fan cycling on and off wakes me up. (the AC is super loud, that isn’t the apps fault though.) and the sleep curve? instead of a fancy temperature algorithm, i would prefer to be able to change the default control settings. it saves the last used temperature- why doesn’t it save the last used mode?

Toshiba app does not work, and after contacting customer support, they wasted another hour of my time. They couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. Then they advised me to download another app called Midea Air which did not work either. They advised me this is something common that is occurring in their app and they haven’t yet fixed it. Both apps are just over a two rating a 2.0 rating and appear to be non-operative. Don’t bother calling Toshiba support because they don’t know what they’re doing either. Go buy a different product that works.
