How to fix Focos app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Focos app on iPhone
Update Focos app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Focos iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Focos on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Focos network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Focos Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Focos not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Focos App
1. On android, goto Settings » Focos » click [Force Stop]

Update Focos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Focos App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Focos » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Focos.

Fix Focos unable to contact server/ Focos internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Focos » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Focos » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
