Keeps crashing then wont start. Starts after about an hour after using web site app

PC connection is very slow. I cannot use the app on my Galaxy S7 Edge on the T-Mobile network, unless I use a local wifi. After the outages across the Americas I cannot login to the TotalBattle android app using wifi, because the app crashes and will not load.
