Got this app as an add and without completely paying attention I downloaded it, and cannot cancel my subscription. It says in your app description that you must first disable auto renew, however I cannot find the account settings auto renew is located in, and none of my unsubscribe requests have gone through.
I tried the app out temporarily and it works fine. That being said, I do not have a use for a VPN right now and the process of unsubscribing needs to be as simple and reliable as the process subscribing is, since I’m sure I am not the only one who has accidentally signed up.

The first day I had this app, I realized it wasn’t what I was looking for... not because it worked poorly, but I was just looking for something different. I tried to cancel my free trial on the same day. I sent in a request to cancel. I got an automated email saying my request was received and they would get back to me shortly.... well, they NEVER did. I sent another email begging them to reply before my trial ended and I got charged. Still no reply. Today they charged my card, and I’m furious! Still trying to figure out how to cancel. If you have any plans of canceling and not keeping this app forever, I would not sign up!!!!!!!!!

I have had nothing but problems with this app on my iPhone6. I signed up for quarterly service. I will gladly take my business elsewhere when my subscription expires. I have to restore my premium service level on the app several times per day. I have to put up with annoying and obnoxious advertisements before I can even get to the restore option in the app. Do yourself a big favor, and save your money by not buying this service. My subscription to this service has been nothing but a major regret.
