Awful app and experience. Have €20 on my account, have tried to ride twice. First time scooter wouldn’t move (despite saying 100% charged) and I gave up and walked. Second time two weeks later I rode 20 minutes to a store, tried to end my ride and got a message saying that I was not in a parking zone and would be charged €25 (despite being in the middle of the “blue” approved zone on their map). The app said parking zones indicated by a “P” on the map but there were no Ps on the map anywhere in Brussels. Rode immediately back to the spot I started my ride and got the same message that I would be charged €25 because I was not in a parking zone (despite the 5 other pony scooters parked in the same spot and being in a blue zone). They can keep the €15 left in my account, I will not use again.
