I’ve had this for a week now and it’s only gotten worse. No matter how much service, if I’m connected to WiFi or if I’m using data that same message pops up within the first 20 seconds of opening Hopeway . I love the camera and the idea of being able to access it on my phone, but that’s all it is. An idea. Hopeway is worthless if it doesn’t do what it says it’ll do. Which it doesn’t if you didn’t catch the drift. If they can fix the glitch it’d be awesome, but there’s a lot to fix. So good luck.
Bought a CustFlyx mini WiFi camera n it’s just horrible. Spent a few hours doing everything possible to get it set up with this app. I’m pretty smart with computers and building them my whole life. This system is garbage n worthless. Don’t waste your time or money
Wifi connection is constantly failing on camera, however the WiFi strength is strong. The WiFi box is literally like 4ft away from the WiFi box. All our other devices are not losing WiFi connection.
App is non-functional. You can’t register, click forgot password, or enter a password. Each tells you it’s not connected to the internet.
App seems to recognize which network the phone is connected to, but can’t connect itself.
Complete waste of time.

I need a refund … there are no tutorials or any real help in ENGLISH to help set this camera up.
Been using Hopeway for years. But all the sudden it will not show recorded videos on my SD card, instead it forces you to sign up for cloud service to watch your videos. Please revert back to previous feature that allows videos to be viewed on my installed SD card.
Hopeway does not have a button to use the intercom feature.
Great device (5star) except Hopeway keeps forgetting it and you have to log in with them to use your device and lots of problems with login and password (my iPhone knows). & after the program forgot your device you have to add it back in and that’s a extended process. That may not work.
Very useful hard to translate at times the recent updates has the motion tracking reversed. It will unfollowed whoever it’s supposed to be following.
For reference I am on an iPhone X currently on software update ISO 13.2?
I was able to follow the instructions that came with the camera and set up live streaming via WiFi. I’m not a big fan of the camera itself as it has a very focused lens ... but I did get Hopeway to work and am able to view the feed / get alerts while out of the house.
If you are having trouble getting the email when you make an account, check your spam folder.z that’s where it went for me.
Honestly don’t usually do reviews but after reading a really bad one had just say Hopeway is great, maybe its just the camera i have but i got it off wish and it’s been working fine for about 7 months. Really a great app. Gave it a 4 star because I don't trust 5 star

Works great for me usually! Sometimes network can’t cannot remotely but after a few refreshes it does.
I am really impressed with the product. Super easy to setup and very reliable. Not even a single time in 2 month had any problem. Whenever I found it offline, it was my phone signal strength or network at home. As an IT person, I will recommend this product.
