The developer states “Tellus evv+ is designed to help you focus on what you do best- delivering care.”
That is CRAP. This app was designed for agencies and not for independent providers. So many flaws, the most inconsistent and unreliable app out there. Hours spent trying to use, schedule and bill with no customer service to help. Put in tickets and get crickets- no help. If it as easy as they say why can’t their reps help? Because it is a mess and they know it. The fact that CMS is paying for this is an embarrassment. This app and portal affect my delivery of care by the time it takes with all the issues, which is supposedly what DHHS and Tellus purportedly care about most. Not! I agree with all previous 1 star reviews. They are all spot on. This is an unbelievable burden to independent providers who already do so much for the state.

The App, from day one of registering, has not allowed me to clock out of visit on my APPLE iPhone . It’s interesting since Tellus Evv has a partnership with Samsung. The console is not user friendly and designed for agency use not independent providers . The console continues to have execution errors and functionality problems. Calling the customer service is useless . You are either on hold for hours or on hold then disconnected . If you are lucky to speak with a customer service rep , they will advise that they will help this one time but refer to the “Happy all is well” training videos. I have opened various tickets and it’s been 4 weeks and I have received zero communication regarding these tickets and their status . The problems and new ones still exist . That is unacceptable ! Worst app and customer service ever.

Today is the third day in a row that the app will not allow me to clock out. I contacted customer support on this issue. They said it was fixed and to uninstall and reinstall the app. Which I did. Low and behold, I have the same issue the very next morning. Three of my visits now say “unmatched” and won’t let me release them for pay. Here’s the kicker: they also won’t let me edit them to be able to rematch the claim. I reached out to customer support AGAIN but they won’t even answer me within the chat. Called the support hotline and was treated HORRIBLY.
Hiring this company was the worst mistake DHHS could have made.
